We had the beautiful experience of meeting Esquel and staying in the Ayelen Andina Complex. Excellent accommodation. In a very quiet environment so we could rest. The air-conditioned pool is the best. The youngest members of the family enjoyed it very much. It has a large park. The cabin is very comfortable and clean. They are very friendly the girls who are at the reception. Without a doubt we would return!

Hermosa week!!!

We were staying with a friend. First of all we stayed by mistake in Hostería (next door) which clearly has another price, when we made the complaint we went to the cabin which we had paid for. In 4 days we did not carry out the cleaning which was packed, they did not change towels or soaps. That is, there was no cleaning service. The breakfast time was from 9 am, all excursions which we had packed were recognised at 8/8.30 am, but with regular disposition and markings on our troubles they had agreed to comply with what we offered when we packed the station. The quality of the breakfast was low. Poorly, especially, when lunch is consumed, a whole lot of tea (a lot of luxury) was arranged in a room with a lot of people, so if we could feel a lot of value in the service, then we would never have to offer a service.

It doesn't meet expectations.

We were very irresponsible! they made a reservation, we transferred the signal and then they told us that they had SELLED. the only option they gave us was to pay much more for another cabin. we asked for the deposit to be returned and we have not yet received the money back. when we called Patricia (the owner) she responded badly, raising the tone of voice, and finally assured us that the transfer would be made on the day, which never happened. a total disrespect! NO RECOMMENDED!

It is NOT recommended.

We are staying in the annex of the cabanas ayelen andina (hostel) which the person who attends the same q is very ill-prepared to make you feel like you are bothered by being there. very very basic breakfast casual mermaid otra para queso untable 1 apple 5 parties of machine cheese or 1 feta for each of us q we were a family group of 5, we ordered jamon which no one told us this lady, but on Saturday as I arrived people took up the rest of the rooms in the hotel (ski competition room) that weekend to the next day this lady comes to our table y me today I am playing 5 soups of jamon porq from the competitive ski competitors' breakfast parties. Two without good pressure, hot water usually takes 15 minutes to get out.

Poor attention and regular service.

We stayed from 18-11-2021 to 22-11-2021 at the Hospedaje Ayelen Andina, attached to the cabins and offered as an alternative when the cabins are complete, to which I rate 2 stars. Regularly, lack of maintenance. Bathroom with very poor water quality. Breakfast on short and afternoon hours, from 9 to 10.30 hrs. Poor with coffee, milk, bread, jam, etc. A homemade toaster for all passengers 10/15 persons simultaneously. Poorly served.

Hospedaje Ayelen Andina is the host.

A very comfortable place and with excellent care... we spent a few days enjoying Esquel and its surroundings... and other days in Trevelin... these cabins are very well located... the staff is always available and any inconveniences are quickly resolved.

Excellent... attention and a place to enjoy.

I loved the cabin, as well as the design of the complex in general. The super-comfortable suite, with dresses and bathroom. The only problem is that it could be used on shift. The lady who attended me was also very kind, although she told me that she normally worked in another complex. To light the fireplace we were given all the elements and there was no problem with water or light. Everything was excellent. The only thing I would recommend is that for the price, they could give a basic breakfast included, instead of paying for it extra.

What a lovely place!

The cabins are very nice but lack a bit of updating with the furniture (example: armchairs).While it's a little far from the center, you can go by car, only 10 minutes.

Very pretty.

We stayed in a cabin in a bedroom. Impossible to sleep. At 7 in the morning the sun hits your face, no curtains blackout. The lack of maintenance, if you hit the toilet seat, we were given a soup and had to unload it ourselves. There was no cleaning service, no changing towels. They didn't even remove the garbage. The cabin is well equipped. The grill is very comfortable. The place is nice, the pool is very good. The manager is not a friendly person.

It's a lovely place.

It is a beautiful complex, with fully equipped cabins, air-conditioned ticket, very good attention, the girls very willing to help us and advise us on what to visit in the city and in the national park.
