Space is not as as described and far from the ski resort. You need a car to get around. It’s depressing to stay there. It’s dark with broken furniture and extremely uncomfortable bed. I spend about 30-60 days a year in the hotel or Airbnbs and this was the worst place. Will not stay there again and cannot recommend it. Spent about 200 euros a night to stay there during peak Holliday week but it wasn’t worth more than 50-60 euros at most. It was more like staying in a cheap motel.

Not worth to stay there.

We had a reservation in this apartment and never got in. When we arrived, within the check-in time, there was no one at the reception or in the building. We were there all afternoon and no one came. We called the phone and no one answered. Finally we had to find another accommodation at the last hour, which was not easy. That same night we wrote them a message to complain and today, 5 days later, they still haven't given signs of life.

They left us on the street.

I put a star on it because I can't put any on it and because we managed to get at least a few rooms available but no room with dirt and the location was fine, but the room we had and the service was terrible. I worked for years in the hostel and really, I didn't expect to have the objections that some employees had when asking them certain questions. It's true that I booked online the day before my arrival in the middle of winter. I hope there are at least a few rooms available but no room with dirt and the usual location is not rented out. Actually, upon check-in I found the room was quiet and they replied that I didn't have a room that was dirty because I was stuck at the front desk and that there should be a room that was rented to tell the receptionist that there were fewer roommates!

Disastrous for them.

I chose the apartment for its beautiful and wonderful views as seen in the photos (in fact I paid 35€ more for an apartment with views) and then upon arrival they put me in a basement whose views resembled those in the photos the same as a dog with an elephant.

The photos are misleading.

I went with my sister and two friends and the truth is that the apartments are just like the photos: cozy, fully equipped kitchen and central heating.

What we expected.

We stayed in a two-room apartment in the summer. The arrival was very nice, check in easy and fast. The apartment was very nice, of a suitable size, very clean, good Wi-Fi signal (free), with balcony and mountain views. No noises were heard, perfect rest, comfortable beds. We could leave more basic amenities in the kitchen, that is, as an apartment you know you have to buy or bring certain household items if you want to cook, but I think leaving a bottle of 50ml dishwashers and a single bag of garbage is a bit fair, we should take it with us if we don't want to have to go shopping.

All very well.

To begin with... the balcony doesn't open because it's sealed, and that we went in the summer, we didn't have hot water, but we discovered that the gas was out, the wifi you had to pay for apartments almost didn't work, the toaster would turn on and the light would jump, the bed very uncomfortable, and the pillows too old, so good that just by leaving the door you have a lovely route to the Vall d'incles.

Mejorables are also available.

We arrived at 8:00 p.m. after an almost 8-hour flight between the plane and the road.The apartment was very dirty and without bedding or towels, when the local manager asked us to leave and to let us know when it was ready, which was about 11:30 p.m. We tried to explain to him that there must have been an error because that apartment was not the one we had booked that our apartment had two bathrooms and two wedding beds.They told us that they didn't know that they were just coming to solve the problem that we were going to the office the next day.

It was an absolute disaster.

My kids don't sleep well because of the small size of the bed. They don't have a manual lemon sprayer, they don't have a mixer. The laundry does not dry the clothes and the clothes hangers are rotten. It's not comfortable. We expect more for the price they put.

One bed for each of my children is missing.

A comfortable and clean apartment, perfectly equipped, ideal for a few days of skiing, fairly sized, comfortable beds, the only hint is that our apartment was for 8 people and only had a bathroom... nor would it be worth having another mirror outside the bathroom.
