Small room, just perfect to drop my bag and explore Tirana.  Older room, safe, comfy, variable air conditioning.  Bathroom offered mini toiletries that were just great.  Inviting breakfast buffet with all the essential breads and proteins and an array of dried fruits--soooo good!

Great Spot to Explore Tirana

Fantastic stay here, it’s so central and walking distance to everything. Great transport links. I arrived at 2.30am which wasn’t a problem - they showed me up to my room and let me pay in the morning to avoid delays getting to bed. The breakfast was tasty with lots of options. The staff are beyond helpful.

Fantastic city hotel

I spent my 15-days holiday in this hotel with my whole family. 

The accommodation and rooms are comfortable and very clean! The entire staff is very very kind!!! Another good point: the Italian espresso is really good ☺️ 

I suggest this hotel everyone who want to spend his holiday in Tirane. 

I would like to renew my thanks to the staff that took care of my bags and luggages while I was visiting other cities. 

I’ll surely come back! ☺️

Amazing accommodation and personnel

The hotel is very central and convenient for the sights of Tirana. It's also good value for what you get location wise. We were greeted warmly on arrival and check in was painless. Our room was ok - large enough but a bit tired. No lock on the bathroom and signs of wear but everything worked ok. A safe for valuables would have been good too. That said the beds were comfortable and breakfast was good also.

Friendly, central hotel offering good value for money

Situated 5 minutes on foot from Skanderbeg Square in quite a quiet place, all the most important sights in a walkable distance. The room was reasonbly big with A/C and a TV (but only radio channels tuned on it), lots of sockets, unfortunately no fridge. The bathroom was Ok (even with a hairdryer), toiletries and towels provided. There is a lift in the building. Breakfast was OK, only one kind of coffee, but quite tasty. Some cereals, yoghourt, sausages, cheese, salami, also some sweet options available. Nice staff with a good command of English.
There might be a fridge or a kettle in the room, they would come in handy, but you can do without them. Otherwise nothing I can think of.

Good and cheap accommodation near the centre

Location was excellent, just a 5min walk from the Tirana Int'l airport bus drop off.  It's right in the center of Tirana, a 7min walk to Skanderbeg Square & a 3min walk to the New Bazaar, which is where the open air market is located, as well as plenty of cafes, restaurants, & shops.  It's also near the taxi stands.  The hotel itself has a cute little courtyard where you can enjoy your morning breakfast.  My room was quite big, esp. since I was traveling solo.  It was comfortable & clean, which is the most important thing.  For the price, this was a great deal, esp. since it includes breakfast.

Friendly staff. Excellent location in the center of Tirana.

This hotel was a small but very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room’s were clean and quite spacious and breakfast was continental. The location was very good, only a short walk to the centre of the City

Football trip

The hotel Livia was an oasis in the centre of Tirana. Excellent location but absolutely no parking whatsoever! Which was a bit of nuisance when we arrived with a hire car to unload and later wanted a hire car delivered to the hotel! But the "feel" of this hotel is lovely. Obviously used by locals as well for functions it has a family feel to it. Room was roomy and clean, breakfast buffet very good, a handy bar as well, but don't expect an evening meal here. To be honest there are so many eateries around that is not an issue. The manager (?) was a very nice chap and chatty too, which when we don't speak albanian is a bonus! Definitely recommend!

An Oasis in the city centre

I found the hotel very quickly, now it has a bright red sign, so you see it from a long distance. The room I got (301) was excellent, equipped with a fridge, a hairdryer, and a clean bathroom. The bed was okay. There are lot of Albanian TV-channels. As the room was cold, I asked for a blanket, and when it was necessary I heated with the air conditioner. The room was safe and it was cleaned every day. The breakfast was okay. The personnel were very friendly and helpful, I loved their "no problem" and "we'll sort it out" attitude. Anything I asked for they gladly did (they lent me an umbrella, changed the remore control, let me have a late checkout). There were slight problems, though: the wi-fi signal was weak and often broke down, there was a dog on the roof next door which barked at random times.

A very good hotel at a very good price

Rooms are quiet and basics. But they have such a cool verandah!! The breakfast is not super good except their home made marmelade. They charged you 4€ / day for parking. Their price are still pretty cheap for the center of Tirana. Plus it's just 1 min by feet from the Pazar i ri !
