This is an hotel with great rooms and with a balcony 

The rooms are having fridge and a big a confortable bed

There is a restaurant serving breakfast and lunch and dinner

The staff in the hotel.are extremely nice and they always assist you in your needs

The best of the hotel is the view to the sea

Great place to stay

The hotel room was ok but the customer service was terrible!
I had not made a decision if I wanted to stay another day or not so I asked a member of the staff if I had to do the checkout at the time (after breakfast) or to do it a bit later when I would make the decision. The member of staff went to check with someone, I assumed the manager or owner, and he told me that I could do it later considering the hotel was empty.
When I came to do the check out later the owner told me that I had to make the full payment for the next day too. I explained to him what happened but he said he did not care what his staff had said. To avoid any argument, I went to reception to pay the extra day by card but I was told It had to be cash even that a day before I was told I could. I asked for a receipt but I  was not given that either.
Another piece of advice, do not lose the room key! You only get one and if you lose it, you have to pay an extra €10. No warning is given!
It is such as shame as the beach nearby is wonderful!

Very poor customer service! Avoid!

First of all, i dont write this review to influnece anyones decision, i just write it to advise you to not make a reservation to this hotel. 
The staff is terrible, i get it that it is a family owned business but that does’nt mean you get to treat your guests with little to no respect at all. 
Get ready to use your one and only towel for the whole stay. After three days we asked if they can change our towels but answer was you get one towel for

Nope!! Do not recommend it! Forget it!

I expected the best, I regretted that I booked this hotel. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. The room that we got (206) is a quiet horror, it stinks of sewage. There was a feeling that we live in a public toilet, the furniture on the balcony is old and scary. They cleaned superficially, dirty sheets were not changed. The sinks were not washed, hair was left everywhere after cleaning. They save on cleaning detergents. Breakfast is the same every day, for 7 days, it is meager, there is nothing to eat, the same for dinner, I could only eat watermelon. Next time I will rent another hotel, I do not recommend this one to anyone.

I do not recommend this one to anyone

I highly recommend this hotel for families and couples. Staff a re very friendly and courteous. The beach is right in front. Many rooms have a view to the sea. The beach has a pearly white sand which is ideal to sunbathe and for the kids to play. Enjoy your stay!

Excellent environment and staff

Family hotel with a very nice garden on the beach. 
Good accomodation on the beach with a quite ancient sun umbrella and seats (that should be changed...) on the private lido directly accessible by the hotel...
Family treatment for breakfast and dinner (tipical Albania kitchen) with good 'chai' and meet.
Price in the middle...

Nice hotel on the beach

FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF. Our room was a deluxe suite with a magnificent sea view. Every day there was a bufet breakfast and dinner. An extensive new terrace had been constructed and it provideda really pleasant seating area for outdoor food/drink.

WONDERFUL

Stopped for drinks at the bar & restaurant. Actually walked out the first time as no one came to take our order. But returned for a second try another day. 
Nice service and not overly priced drinks as you would expect on the beach front. 
Comfy seats available as well as tables and chairs.
Didn't stay in the hotel, was staying in the hotel next door,  but the bar was very nice.

Hotel kamomil is very nice hotel to stay. I stayed one week there. The staff wasn't helpful and the service was poor. My favourite things there was the room that had beautiful sea view and had air conditioned. The food was fresh but the sea was dirty. I reccomend you to stay only 2-3 days. Belive me: after 6 days in hotel kamomil you will get bored.
