Fantastic stay . As we arrived we were greeted and accompanied to our room . My wife wanted to change the room as we had 2 kids and this was accomplished in a swift manner. The manager himself made sure we had all things we wanted. I was surprised to see 3 staff including the cleaner to made to sure we were satisfied. Restaurant on site used a few times efficient and cheap comparison with other restaurants in the area ( advise open the restaurant before 7:30 pm as there is a lot people by the pool and they demand food) Pool was nice and cleaned daily. Pro - good staff/ accommodation/Restaurant Cons- a bit far from the beach To sum up staff are top and don’t change your attitude as this is what strikes the most in Albania, there is no other places that meet and great like you and meet costumers demands. Thank you for a fantastic stay
