A very good value for money bungalows in the heart of Long beach. Clean, big rooms, basic bathroom, big bed, good mattress. Close to the access of the beach. Good services.
In the period i have been, there was a sledgehammer near that was working from 8.00am (but nothing to do from the Highland).

Good option in long Beach

I decided to make a trip out to Phu Quoc last minute and saw on my booking app that Highland Bungalow was in a convenient location (Duong Dong, the island's biggest town) and for a reasonable price.

The rooms are nice, clean, and spacious. And the family that runs the place is very friendly, ready to help with anything I asked for. The beach, night market, and several restaurants are in walking distance from the hotel.

I definitely recommend renting a motorbike, as the island is huge and all the attractions are quite far from each other. Taxis can be difficult to find while visiting those places, and the fare can easily add up to 500,000 to 1,000,000 VND per day.

Fortunately, the staff at Highland Bungalow provided my with a nice, newer model motorbike (Honda Airblade) that made driving around the island very easy for 150,000 VND per day.

The only complaint I have is that I was staying in one of the two front bungalows, and the traffic from the street can be a bit loud during the day. It's quiet at night, however, and most of the bungalows are further back from the road.

Pleasant stay

I’ve been here for 3 days with my boyfriend and it was very nice. The room is clean, spacious and not too much noisy. The garden is lovely. Perfect position, 5 minutes walk to the beach and very close to the airport. The staff is good and even if they don’t speak English, they are helpful.

We came here with a group of friends,it was lovely,staff great and very helpful,rooms are spacious and airy,breakfast choice of eggs,Pho (noodle soup) or toast & jam.
We would certainly be happy to stay again

Lovely experience

We stayed here with a group of friends and couldn't have been happier. The rooms were very clean and the setting lovely. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make stay very pleasant and also booked taxis and buses for us. 

Vietnam Tour 2017

Arriving at Highland Bungalow we knew right away we had done a good choice!
A warm welcome and we are showed to our pretty, spacious and immaculately clean bungalow (#7). We stayed for 6 nights.
Each of the 10 bungalows is separate from each other and has a lovely, covered sitting area in the front. 
Good Wi-Fi connection, a small fridge in the room along with free coffee and tea and a shared kitchenette if you want to cook something. 
It is a family run business and everybody is always very cheerful, polite and hard working around the property.
The room and bathroom are spacious, comfortable beds (yes, the matresses are harder than we are used to in North America but that is everywhere in Asia!) and they feature a very efficient and silent A/C system.
7 minutes walk from the beach, close to many restaurants and cafes and only 2 km from the main town.
We would not hesitate to come back here for our vacation!

So happy we found this gem!

Very nicely landscaped bungalows with open space between bungalows providing a quiet environmant. You can pull your motor bike up to your own private pation area. The office staff are very nice, polite and offer every convienence possible to make your stay enjoyable. Ask about in the room breakfast, very well done.

Very cute bungalows ideal location for Long Beach Phu Quoc

Some pictures give the image, that it's right next to the beach, but it's not.
The place is very quite and peaceful, but somehow there is not a real atmosphere.
But for the price you get a lot. We only paid 23 euros for 2 persons and for this price the place is amazing.
