They allow lights on and talking/partying in the room ALL night. You will not sleep. Bathrooms dirty. Young kids who dont consider anyone but themselves..staff not around at all. So many other options that care about their guests.

Stay away!

Pros- clean, quiet, perfect location! 
Cons-mattress and pillow were the worst! Like sleeping on the floor and having a stone as a pillow. Asked to change room or mattress, neither was possible. Reception desk empty 98% of the time, only visible person speaks zero English. 


So-so place

10/10 would recommend!! The Ace home is located in the perfect spot in Saigon. Close to everything but nestled into an alley so noise is not an issue. The rooms and bathrooms were cleaned daily by their lovely housekeeper. The roof top is a cool place to chill and have a drink. The beds were comfortable and spacious with a privacy curtain. Breakfast was delicious and served every morning. Everything you could ask for. Amazing hospitality!! Thank you so much Ace Home!! :)

Excellent experience!!!

Stayed here two times, highly recommend. Very clean, delicious breakfast, good coffee, very friendly helpful young owners, nice rooftop bar, very close to the party street but still very calm. Felt like home :)

Perfect

I stayed here for a week and this is a very nice place with friendly and helpful staff, room is clean and perfectly prepared, breakfast is kinda basic but good enough and very nice rooftop to chill :-)

Fajn accommodation

I have a very pleasant stayed at  ACE House 
First the location of the hostel very close to the center, staffs and the owner here super friendly and very helpful, they are very accommodating and answering every question you need. 

The room is comfy and keep it cleaned the atmosphere make you feel like home with reasonable price. i would recommend this place to traveler who is traveling to Saigon and looking for a comfort place to stay. This place is a real deal :)

The Hostel is super clean and you can decide beteuern three different breakfasts. 

I forgot My sunglasses and the stuff send it to my current Hostel for free. They paid the fee for My Package without asking me for Money. Very nice. It was a beautiful stay. Thank you

Very friendly and clean

Very clean and nice place with friendly atmosphere. Perfect location in the exact city centre, but hidden in small alley which makes this place really quiet and cosy. Really nice owner, always helpful and always smiling :) 

Really nice place, highly recommended!

this place is righ in the center near the walking street with lot of bars and restaurants but at the same time it's very quiet so you can get good night sleep. rooms are very spacious and clean, bathroom is big and clean. hoast is very friendly and helpful. breakfast is free and tasty. they will keep your passport safe because its not safe to carry it around do to the pickpockets. it's also situated near the bus station and the bus ride to airport is 1 dollar. I highly recommend this place. we had a wonderful 3 night stay, 2 person for 60$. 

Great place to stay 

Stayed 2 nights, bedroom was spacious and very comfy bed! Breakfast was vey small, a bun  and some scrambled eggs. Didn't find the staff to be overly helpful in booking tours in fact went elsewhere to do this. Also a few cockroaches in the room and bathroom would benefit from a big scrub with janola. Handy location roots of attractions .
