This is not my first time to stay in this hotel, if you're a budget traveler like me, then this is the best place for you to stay. The staff are so good and can really speak good English especially the 2 receptionists the boy and the girl. They are really helpful and so friendly. They will always greet you whenever they see you and even tried to make a good conversation with their guests. My stays here was a good experience all the always. Will be back here whenever I visit Hanoi again. Kudos! 😁
