Before the date of my arrival, the hotel e-mail me to check on my check-in timing, which I found it thoughtful to check, to ensure the room is ready. The room was very clean and tidy. Since it was my first time in Danang, Hien had recommended a good place to have Pho, considering the cool weather. Hien / No / Thong were very helpful to my request for directions within the hotel area. While I was waiting for the pick up to my next dest, Hien did help to check with the driver, was I the correct passenger that he was waiting for. Overall, I enjoyed the interaction with the friendly hotel staff, would highly recommend this hotel!
