This hotel is situated in an excellent location for guests who enjoy shopping at street market at night. Hundreds of local street stalls selling numerous food and drink items and clothes, shoes and whatever you like are located right in front of the hotel every night. The hotel rate is below USD$50 per night. The room, bed mattress and pillows are clean and so are the floor and bathroom. The bathroom is clean with basic amenities. It represents good value for money. The breakfast is good with a wide variety of spread to meet everyone's taste. For those who like to go for a stroll, the large lake is only ten minutes' walk away. Recommended for the average budget traveller as it represents good value for the money you pay.

Good Location, Good Breakfast!

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. The staff were fabulous.  The rooms were clean and spacious. Nice window furnishings, small balcony (view of the building next door).  We had happy our in the restaurant.  Location was close to everything. 
We decided to go to the day spa and have a 50 min massage (x 4).  We were told that the price was $170K each.  We were given seperate rooms which I was not comfortable with as I had my two sons and husband getting a massage too.  The treatment rooms were small and the beds were not made up or towels straighten upon entry. The rooms were noisy with a staff members mobile phone constantly going off.  Massage was hard and not very relaxing at all and lasted for 40 mins.  Once massage was done the masseuse was already asking for a tip.  I said I’d have to talk to my husband and I only had $22K in my wallet.  We went to sign the bill at the spa reception desk and they pulled out a form that said we must pay them $50K each as a tip.  I said that nowhere did it say this when we booked.  To cut a long story short I gave them the $22K and they laughed at me.  Highly rude!  I would not recommend the spa at all.  On a positive note we complained to the hotel reception who were extremely apologetic and gave us complimentary strawberries and yoghurt to our rooms.

Nice hotel, avoid day spa!

We stayed there for 5 nights. The first night was super bad -very noisy room and my toddler could not sleep. 

I am writing a good review only thanks to the fast and good receptionist who quickly addressed the request and moved us to a better room in the middle of a night. 

Breakfast was nice, especially eggs, butter and croissants, very fresh! 
Club for kids was all right, even though would be nice to have someone there to supervise kids. 

Spa is NOT recommended, the worst I visited in Vietnam and restaurant on the first floor is not recommended too -very average food and service for Da Lat.

Some problems, but good experience in the end

We arrived after a 19 hour journey which had been anticipated as 14, a bit worse for wear!, to  be warmly  greeted by Miss Ngoc, and given a cool drink. Working  in hospitality must be demanding at times,  some of us are grumpy!
 Thanks to the pleasant and competent staff.

Warm welcome

I had 2 days at TTC Premium Dalat in my Field trip of Sai Gon University. I had to print a document so I asked Ms.Thư - a receptionist here to print for me but she made a misktake. It was OK, I could print it again next day but she quickly printed another one for me. I was so surprise and felt very happy. You was so good to me. Thank you Ms.Thư. Hope to see you again.
