835 reviewsSo I used points to book for 5 nights here, and the staff could not have been more accommodating. I would be remiss not to specifically name Alvaro from the front desk who emailed us in advance of our departure. Alvaro asked if he could assist in any way to make the trip more pleasurable, and when I said I would prefer a higher floor if available, he delivered. We stayed on the 9th floor. They also extended free breakfast - even though we only fully took advantage of this with a sit down meal on the final day. I found the water pressure a little less than desired, but the staff (and Alvaro in particular) were so accommodating, that a 5 star rating was required. My gf also said to mention the comfortable king size bed was great. This hotel is lucky to have Alvaro on staff!
