SCAM.  The pictures on the web and the actual ones differ so much.  The old look of rhe unit.  Paint peeling and bulging from the wall.  The patio dirty the view nothing like what shows on the web.We checked in and looked around and left and found another place. Hotels.com really needs to verify their listings and make sure they are what they claim to be.  We reached out to property manager but all they said was sorry. No partial refund or anything. Sadly lost money  but will not be returningFuture bookers be aware of this place.

SCAM AND WASTE OF MONEY

What I didn’t like - I thought I was making reservation in a hotel come to find out it was an air b & b - not all units are the hotels. They say it’s on the beach, there is a small beach but you can’t go into the water, there’s a rock wall. Otherwise it was good. Michele at the front desk was GREAT!  Since I didn’t know it was a b&b, she was amazing, nice, etc., she helped us, thankfully

This is a surprising find within Tampa, especially so close to the airport. It feels as if you're already at the beach when staying here.

Definitely the worst experience, Worst customer serviceWe have had been left out side, after arriving at the place nobody to be in touch with. You'll will probably see the manager or who else take care of this property saying that they tried be in touch with us multiple times, we do received sms while I was driving, swing, enjoying beaches in Sarasota, Tampa Bay, ClearwaterI notice them the fact that after book/received expedia's confirmation, as I am always do, I just closed my laptop and drove away, enjoying my time off with my family.Once again, when I arrived there, espent about an hour at the reception to realize and confirm the address was correct, however, my reservation was directly to the owner and they couldn't help at all.I discovered on the hard way being reserverd a private property with many restrictions policy in place, including 10 PM later The morning time after, we spent a night on a motor in hotel.I asked for a refundANSWER: "BIG NO". The blame wasYou'll probably going to see his escuses or thansk for feedbacks, please do not trust him and think yourself and your family late at night out side and nobody, nobody there to assist you.Look at the reviews and you will find another testmony saying exactely the same issue.They could even answer expedias's calls during the week tryiong to getting in touch with them to understand what could had happend.He answered once, in some point, suposing to reach out later on, but never, ever ever happend.

I never was able to check in my room I had to get another room I was sitting outside for a hour almost 2 trying to get in the room hours away from home just crazy

Air conditioner not working when we arrived at 6:00. Informed them right away but they were unable to get anyone to look at it. Asked for a different room or compensation of which they gave neither. Said they fixed it the next day but our stay was for only one day. Outdated furniture and old appliances Not worth the money

The place was amazing. Very clean. Amazing view.

The suite was lovely. Nicely decorated and had plenty of space for 2 people. The suite overlooks the bay along with a sandy patch of beach with sun chairs.  The kitchen is well equipped.
