Lovely traditional style one story motel.  Park your car out front. The room was roomy and very clean.  The owners were beyond kind and helpful. We were having car trouble when we arrived and they went above and beyond with offers to help.  Would stay again.

Owner kindness beyond compare!

The owners of this property/motel were genuinely giving their time and care to help me.  I'm a senior citizen and was traveling alone. I carry a cane to walk with and sometimes find it difficult to do steps. I stayed at this motel coming and going on my business trip. The first night I arrived late and the owner brought a meal to me from her own kitchen after carrying my overnight bags into my room.  The second stay the owner carried my bags again into and out of the room double checking to make sure I didn't leave anything there.  The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.  I would definitely stay there again.  

A good sleep in a good room!  Service was efficient and the room was clean.  I would choose this motel again and again. 

We have stayed here when we are traveling through Utah , The rooms are always spotless! The owners are so nice and friendly, they always welcome us back , the motel is within walking distance to a couple restaurants. We will be back ! This is definitely our go to place to stay in Panquitch

Spotless rooms !

Family owned old fashioned hospitality and clean, modern, updated rooms.   Super value prices make you wonder why you ever stayed at a Hilton, because this place is just as nice and super friendly.   Also free guest laundry was really helpful!

Not the Hilton but just as nice!

We planned on hiking in the area and staying at this motel. However, it was raining badly all day so we decided to continue on our trip. The motel owner was super friendly and it was no problem to cancel our room. Will definitely stay here next time we‘re in the area! 

Perfect customer experience!

Old style motel nicely updated. Run by owner.  Easy walk to grocery store, restaurants and great ice cream.  This is a small town, so things close early. Price and amenities make it a better deal than the places closer to Bryce.

Quaint throwback motel

Cleanest and comfiest motel ever!  Owners Coach and Cheryl were great hosts and super friendly!  We would definitely give this a 10 out of 10!  As an airbandb owner, I pray for cleaners as thorough as the team at the Blue Pine! Aloha and Mahalo….we will be back for sure!

Perfect place to stay on way to the Parks

We arrived a little early and were checked in. Cheryl the owner was so kind and friendly. The whole property is clean and well maintained. The flowers outside each room were lovely. Location is convenient. We enjoyed burgers and malts at Henry's and a movie at the small theatre. Enjoyed staying here.

Clean and friendly Motel

Motel was in a great location and well priced. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Shower wasn't impressive but for 1 night it worked. Walls thin but didn't bother us. Stayed in room 12. Check in/out was easy. For a night, this hotel is recommended and we would stay again.

Good experience!

The outward appearance might mislead you into thinking this motel is run down but that's not what I found in my room. It was clean and the bathroom was modern in it's tile and fixtures. I really liked my stay there and would definitely go back. There are two restaurants right next door for added convenience. The owner who lives right there couldn't have been nicer.
