Very understanding and helpful staff. Best price around kansas city outside of independence. Clean rooms, housekeeping daily with towel exchange. Large rooms and great wifi. Lots of restaurants and a Walmart within walking distance and a bus route right on the main road.

Compassionate staff and best price around

This is the filthiest, nastiest hotel I have ever been in. We did not stay. There was hair everywhere, bedding, vanity, sink, toilet, tub. And other disgusting bodily fluids everywhere from the remote control to the sheets. The room obviously had not been cleaned or serviced in a LONG time. I booked online, so I didn't have a chance to see all the signs posted at the front desk stating THERE WOULD ABSOLUTELY BE NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. They knew if people walked into a room, they would walk right back out. Do not consider staying there. Stay under a bridge instead. It will be cleaner.


Do not stay at this filthy, NO REFUNDS ALLOWED excuse for a hotel.

Central Location, good food close by, interstate access, great value, clean modern rooms, music on the TV, and more.   It's a good cheap motel option. No frills, however I have nothing but positive thoughts on this Motel.

Good Motel Value

Moldy rooms with peeling paint.  One of the clerks was rude and surly.  One of the other clerks, Sai, was friendly and went the extra mile to resolve our issues.  We were incorrectly assigned to a "handicapped: room on day 1, but Sai got us into a regular room on day 2.

Weekend Stay

Despite it being September of 2022 and most COVID restrictions have been lifted elsewhere, this site still does not provide any dining room amenities for their so-called continental breakfast.  You get a bag breakfast with no juice or milk or cereal access.

Great Bed But Only Bag Breakfast

The room has a stench. Dirty carpet. Nasty bathroom. I started itching It has BED BUGS. Overall I'll give it a Zero. Health Department needs to shut it down. We had tonkeave and stayed on another hotel.

HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO SHUT IT DOWN

Spoke with the owner this morning as he was cancelling my 10 hotel rooms without any support to rebook. Confirmed by a "manager" in the afternoon when they called and cancelled a second set of reservations They are going out of business before July 8.

DON'T BOOK HERE - OWNER CONFIRMED THE HOTEL IS CLOSING

Have stayed here multiple times and great location.  Needs a huge upgrade and could use a deep cleaning. But we slept good. Lobby is still closed to the public. Open up your lobby and offer breakfast options even if you have to raise your prices some.

Good location

Building is pretty run down, and my room was pretty dirty. Still had hair on the pillows from the last person who stayed in the room. Floor was dirty as well.

I reserved the room with my credit card and wanted to pay cash when I arrived. Not only did I pay cash but they also charged my card and refuse to refund my money.
