Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. The manager will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and house access info will be emailed to the guests. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the manager at the number on the booking confirmation.
