A great base to ski Vail and Beaver Creek and explore the Vail Valley.  The spacious room feels like a home, with a comfy bed, soft sheets, and a big bathroom.  It's a short walk to any of Minturn's fun restaurants and bars.  I will definitely be coming back.

Downtown Minturn Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Montreal. The hotel was very clean and convenient to both Beaver Creek and Vail.   You must go to the Minturn Country Club and the little Thai restaurant in town… They were amazing and fun!

My only recommendation for the hotel itself, is to fix the blinds in the downstairs unit and install new ones that drop from the top down… This way you can get some natural light while still having privacy.

Great little hotel, great little town

This was a wonderful place to stay. They were very accommodating considering our last minute reservation. The room was clean with updated decorations. The only thing that was not ideal was that it didn’t have air conditioning. However, utilizing the fan provided in the room and keeping the window open at night it was tolerable. An unexpected perk was the farmers market on Saturday that was set up all around the hotel. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay

The location of the hotel was an easy 10 minute drive to Vail resort and also located in Minturn, which has a handful of fun, local shops and restaurants/bars. The check-in /check-out process was incredibly easy. For the money, this place came with a few issues: we were in the basement room, so the window just faced a wall, our bed was quite squeaky and the floors weren't incredibly sound proof, so we could slightly hear the upstairs patron. But past that there was a Keurig with coffee and tea, a Smart TV, couch, very small dining table and front closet that were all great additions. Lastly, the bathroom was very nice.

Great functional spot close to Vail

Good location. Parking is predominantly street only first come first serve. Room 1 is RIGHT by the front door - so I would recommend it for the traffic. 4 is in the basement with only 1 window that is underground. Rooms clean but the beds are VERY squeaky. Automated coffee has minimal selection (mostly decaf in my room) - May consider bringing your own. Fridge has a small freezer which was a bonus. The place was very clean. WiFi had a good connection, but was slow... don’t know if you could work from this location; depends on your needs. 

Good location 

This hotel was amazing. I’m traveling in the mountains for work and have had many issues with hotels but this hotel was easy, affordable and overall better than I expected. The hotel looks even better in-person even though the photos are still good. 
I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s far enough from the bigger towns but still only 15 mins from Vail or Avon. Not much traffic in the area, some beautiful scenic drives and pretty good restaurants. 
One tiny concern, the keurig cups were all decaf in the hotel room 🙂. Other than that, this place was perfect!

Great Hotel and Location

There are pros and cons to this place. The  email you receive is informative of how to  get into the hotel (contact-less) and directions to the place. The bed was  very comfortable, the sheets heavenly. But our room was #4 down stairs; it has no ventilation so that made the room hot and stuffy. :(  Couldn't open the window it had no screen.

Interesting

I wanted a place to stay that had a more Colorado laid back vibe versus Vail (10 mins away). Only 4 rooms (I was in #2) and no parking but there’s a free public lot a charming 2 min walk away by the river. Park at the hotel to drop your bags and then move your car. Radiant heat flooring made for lovely coziness. Very clean and supremely quiet at night. Fantastic Thai restaurant (random!) right around the corner. In room mini fridge, Keurig, toaster, microwave, cutlery, small table and place settings. Great hot water. Decent bed, linens and pillows. Felt very safe and cared for. The freestanding fan in the room didn’t really work but it was no big deal. Large windows open easily for fresh air. Large stair to get to front door and stairs to get to any room except #1. 

Outstanding!

I have stayed at the Hotel Minturn many times. They whole process is painless and in our COVID world safe, super clean and is the perfect social distance option. 

The rooms are set up with a kitchenette, Kerig coffee maker, excellent bedding and sheets and great bathrooms and towels.  Highly recommend!

Always a great experience

The hotel was very nice! Our room had everything we could possibly need. The owners were very nice as well! Any time we needed something it would be delivered promptly. Perfect place to stay during the pandemic, as there was little interactions with others. The property is situated perfectly, so that all food places were within walking distance! Also, the food in this charming town was MARVELOUS!! Highly recommend, and will definitely stay again!
