Plus: 
* They had the lowest rate in town
* They gladly let us check in early and check out late
* The microwave has a 30-second button (which is the only one I ever use)
* The shower knob was the older type that lets you adjust the stream to low (instead of the wasteful new type that only goes on full-blast)
Minus:
* The floor was dirty and had debris under some of the furniture
* The drawers all had debris in them
* The Kleenex box was backwards in the metal holder, so we couldn't get any, and the manager was reluctant to give us a box until I insisted.  Seems like their policy is to not let guests use Kleenex

Cheap and Accommodating but Dirty

We didn't even end up staying because the manager was so horrible during check in!  I was on the phone 2 different times with the Choice Rewards Corporate office.  I will stay in my vehicle before I ever stay at this property!!!

DO NOT EVER STAY HERE!!!

Disgusting. I got in late at 1230 am so I was tired. The room smelled old and musty when I walked in. Because I was tired I just laid down. The first thing I saw was a fire hazard of 4 plugs in one socket. Pretty sure I heard wires buzzing.
Next I couldn't really sleep so I got up to take a shower, and saw the bathroom for the first time. The floor was gross and dirty. As I got in the shower I noticed a used disposable razor and used shampoo bottle. Can't imagine they even cleaned the place. I looked around more and saw the wear and tear of the room.
I was exhausted, and there's no staff at the front desk so I just went to bed again.
I left early at 430, no manager at the desk. I called Choice Hotels, the parent company. She was nice, but all she could do was call the manager who claimed I had the nicest room there and refused a refund.
Do NOT stay here. Disgusting.

NOT WORTH IT- DISGUSTING PLACE

The outside hasn't updated as much but the rooms are so well updated and so quiet.  When I found a large redneck truck parked taking up a few parking spots, I was afraid I had picked a potentially bad hotel. I was so pleasantly surprised.  I was in the 2nd building opposite the office.  The rooms were beautifully updated and the place is conveniently located next door to a large Maverick for sandwiches and more.  The heater was so peacefully quiet that this light sleeper had no problem with the usual cycling on and off of most hotel units. The breakfast was good but no meat like bacon or sausages.

My only 2 negatives.  The wifi was very weak in the 2nd building. It wasn't until early in the morning that the signal finally got strong enough to stay connected.  The other, that redneck truck by the end of the building closes to Main st. The guys who owned it smoked outside the room to the point I wondered if they were homeless or not.

I will stay again. The rooms are so way nicer than the outside

Got there a few min. prior to check in and room was not ready but were assured it would be soon. After 45 min. I let them know it was not yet done but that we'd be back in an hour or a bit more (went to eat). Person assured me it would be done. Won bet with my group: It was NOT done. A coupe of other people were having some difficulties as well (one requested another room). New room had old mayonnaise wrapper in corner, shower/bathtub flooded over feet quickly, and there was hair in it that had to been washed away. Looked like something had been spilled on bathroom door a while back and never really wiped down. Dark spot on quilt. Kleenex box empty and also had to ask for more toilet paper. Overall, not cleaned well to say least. Mattress was not bad and in fact I would say above avg for this type of motel. Noise level was fine (we were on 2nd floor). Would rather stay in Tremonton and drive in to Logan in morning than stay here again (we stayed on busy weekend).   >$150/night--a 'budget motel'

Do NOT go in there

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and had a fridge and microwave. We had a dog and there is a dog walk area near the pool.  It is also very conveniently located to many dog friendly restaurants.  

Clean budget friendly hotel

I checked in before 3 pm and was told to come back and my room would be ready. I asked if i needed to reserve it with the credit card and was told no. When I returned a different clerk was at the desk (I think the manager). He said he had no record of my previous check-in and charged me more than what I had agreed to. When I tried to explain the situation, i think he thought i was not telling him the truth. Then he didn't give me my Choice Privileges rewards points.

Confusion and ignorance at check-in

The budget end of the Choice group, but they are usually good value. The room was ok, but no tissues in the bathroom dispenser, grubby looking bath, coffee maker needed a good clean before fit for use. The wifi was totally useless - we could connect, but nothing would load. It looks like a severely underpowered service, in our room at least, because it worked ok when I took our devices into the office. Pay a few dollars more and step up to Quality Inn or similar! That's what we will do next time.

Cheap and nasty!

The price may have been decent but for a few dollars more I will stay somewhere else. Place run down room really smelly. Staff brought room freshener but it didn't help. The front check in was filthy.

The towels were nice and clean and soft.

The hotel is a little grey pearl and has been occupied for some time. The very friendly young man at the reception said: If something is wrong, please let me know. I will fix and fix what is possible! He is true to his word. We know that and he is happy when he can fix any irregularities. The rooms are occupied, but everything is very clean! Our beds were in good condition and everything worked wonderfully. For the European vacationer, it may seem a little clumsy at first, but you are well taken care of here. We have been used to both the front and the back end of the accommodation and were happy to come back. Thanks to the staff for their help!
