My husband decided that he wanted to surprise me with a night away this past Friday night.  There's a conveniention in town and rooms are scarce.  He ended up renting a  room here at Country Hearth and paying cash. Huge mistake! The jacuzzi didn't work.  The cold water wouldn't even turn on in the sink in the bedroom. The room smelled so musty we had to buy air freshener.  There was no phone in the room to even call the front desk. Thank God we didn't need to call 911 from a landline. We asked for a 12 check out. We went out Saturday morning to do some errands and came back to room being ransacked by two Arabic housekeepers who didn't seem to speak English.  They had our things we had left in the room and were going to keep them!!!!! I kept asking where our case of soda was and finally the female of the pair takes me into the bedroom pulls a sheet off the something in the corner and hands me a pillowcase full of our sodas!!!! When we went to the desk to check out we mentioned the jacuzzi didn't work.  He said, "oh yeah we know there's a problem with the water other people tell us the same thing." Ok? Then why are you renting the room if you know there's a problem? We mentioned we might stay another night but didn't want to pay jacuzzi room rate since it wasn't working.  He wouldn't lower rate! So we paid 140.00 cash to stay in one of the biggest dumps in Indianapolis in my opinion! Terrible customer service and terrible property maintenance! I wonder what poor sucker got took for their hard earned money tonight?

Complete RIP off! Dishonest!

So me and my husband stayed here a few years ago for two weeks and it was ok wasn't the best but ok so we ran into a situation and we ended up back here for a few more weeks and we just got here Tonite and payed 201.00 which 2 yrs ago was a 175.00 for a week uuummm this room I've been in for 2 hrs a killed 3 roaches already I'm scared to sleep here but I have no choice cause I can't get my money back so I'm stuck... they really need to do some work on this motel and they have the nerve to charge that much lol hell I don't even have a phone in my room

Didn't stay. Immediately left and drove away as quickly as possible after seeing condition of the room. damaged floors, walls and tub/shower, stains on all linens (possible blood, other bodily fluids).

HEPATITIS "C"

First when walking in the door, it smelled. We changed rooms twice because of the bugs and dirt in the corners of the room. The shower was disgusting. I wouldn't even shower in there. It was sick. My husband took a shower with his flip flops on. The TV was broke and couldn't see it.  It was so gross. The bathroom door was hanging off the hinges. I wouldn't put my worst enemy in a place like this. They should be shut down ASAP!! It was the nastiest, dirtiest worst night of the life.

Night in hell!! Nightmare!!

Im staying there right bow and the drug activity I. The room next to me is terrible I called the front desk and told them about it and they didn't seem to care
People were outside in the parking lot fighting and talking about using and selling drugs
And the room next to me they were smoking somuch pot it was coming into my room!
This is outrageous
