Amazing place. We’ve been coming here for four years.  After each visit, we can’t wait to return again the following year.  The Gulfside staff has always been extraordinary.  Always willing to go that extra step to take care of us.  
Without little notice from a new home construction site next to us.  They did everything they could in their power to still make our stay exceptional.  We found the noise at an acceptable level for building a new home.  Construction crew started around 8 am and we’re always done by 4 pm.

Total relaxation

Sarah's Seaside is amazing! The other guests were so friendly that by the end of the week it felt like family. We are repeat customers and have loved it every year. The construction next door was not overwhelming and was contained in manner to be expected with that kind of project. Our hosts exceeded our expectations as they always have.  Sarah's Seaside resort has become an anticipated vacation for our family. Thank you for hosting us.

Tropical Paradise

Great  place  close  to  the  Beach.. Everything  just  about  perfect except from  the  construction and  demolition crews  right  next  door. 5 of  the  7  days  we  stayed  there  were  ruined  by incessant  banging  and  smashing . Back hoes , bulldozers  and   a  huge  crane  with a  pile  driver  drove  us  off  the  property for  8  hours  a  day. Surely  the  owners  must  have  had  some  kind  of  heads  up  that  they  would  be  there. I really  was  impossible  to  be  on  the  property  when  the  work  and  noise  was  going  on. It  was  very  disappointing. A  good  vacation  ruined. Other  that  that  it  was  just  great.

Our favorite place to get away,  they treat us great here and the rooms are always in stellar condition, can’t wait to get back there. The service is impeccable, and the staff is always friendly and ready help .  We were there during a tropical storm , it was bad , they set us up with a suite, because it was just too bad to drive back to PG

Gulf side get away

We are in Gulfside Loft and wow the views!

Our apartment is large ,well furnished and plenty of crockery 

The bedding is lovely 

The whole place is stunning and well maintained 

To wake up and have breakfast overlooking the gulf is the best feature ,to sit on the beach with a glass of wine and watch the sun set was bliss

The pool,beach area and the attention to detail is perfect

Janet and the team make you welcome the minute you arrive and greet you like old friends

We were worried we wouldn’t make it due to the hurricane but thankfully Indian Rocks was spared and allowed us to experience a little bit of paradise

We’ve decided to return as it’s one of the nicest places in Florida we have stayed at . It has been such a great rest after our 3 weeks in Peru and we wish we were here longer but sadly all good things come to an end 

There has been a comment about construction next door ,it was an annoyance but didn’t spoil l our stay in anyway at all

Stunning views and excellent setting

If you like waking up at 6:50am during your vacation week then this is the place for you.   Please call and ask about the construction site within 20 feet of your unit.   I went for R&R and came back home more exhausted then when I arrived.  If you enjoy shelling every morning at dawn or breakfast at 7am and never plan to sleep in past 6:50am  you will enjoy this property.  If you have babies that need naps or anyone in your group that is noise sensitive you should not stay here until construction is complete.  Please call them and ask about that. Construction starts at 6:50 am about 20 feet from your window with heavy equipment backing up "beeping" til early afternoon.  I did contact IRI about this and they sent canned response/email and really seemed not to care.  Book with caution!

Indian Rocks Inn - please check for construction right next to property

We had our week long family reunion at the Indian Rocks inn and it was the perfect place for our group.  We rented all 6 units and each one was great. Some of the best features: of course, being ocean front and having the cabana umbrellas and beach chairs to use on the beach.  We loved having a pool for those hot afternoons or early evening swims.   The bikes got plenty of use by the group. The patios that are part of the Gulfside pavilion and the Trailside pavilion were the perfect spot for gathering each evening for happy hour and dinner.   Having access to a washer/dryer came in very handy.   The Gulfside team was very responsive and helpful as we planned the event.   We will definitely be back.

Perfect location for a family reunion

My family just returned from a weeks stay at Sarah’s Seaside in Indian Ricks Beach FL.  This is our second vacation as a family and my 4th stay.  This time we stayed in the 1910 Beach House and it was absolutely beautiful! Just a few steps to the beach and the pool. The entire complex is immaculate and beautiful.  The amenities are awesome (kayaks, bikes, cabana, umbrellas, beach towels, beach toys, laundry facilities, bbq grills).  There are so many great restaurants within walking distance as well as the local CVS for anything you forgot! Love staying here. We will definitely be back.

Paradise at Sarah’s Seaside

Just returned from our week at Indian Rocks Inn (Gulfside Pavilion), and it was just as great as our previous 3 times!  Traveled with another couple and we had such a blast!  Met some great people (upstairs neighbors from Chicago, people behind us from Canada), did a lot of relaxing by the pool and on the beach, we did a sunset Tiki Boat ride from Florida Tiki Tours (HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), but mostly enjoyed the property.  Grabbing dinner from Kooky Coconut and eating on our patio, something we did more than once.  The sunsets from the beach just cannot be beat!  Whether you're just a couple or with a group, this place is definitely the place to stay!

Another FANTASTIC week!

Went with multiple families with small children (each family had their own condo) and we were not treated  great- I don’t think they like kids and families here. They didn’t say anything during our stay at all, but after. I even emailed them twice after asking for a little explanation before I wrote a review to be fair and they didn’t email me back. Location is great, amenities supplied/good, condos were ok (not a lot of storage for a week).  Would only recommend if you don’t have kids.
