This place they call a hotel/motel is a horrible place to stay. They do not offer house cleaning until AFTER you leave, the towels are VERY dirty, the furnitures were Dusty, floors were uncleaned and not carpeted and not to mention how RUDE the owner of this place is! I will not be staying at this motel anymore ! 

This Place Needs to be shut down 

When I open the door it smell very clean like somebody used bleach whoever is cleaning these rooms is doing a very good job the reviews I read was nothing like this. I had when I came to my room I like that area because everything is close by many fast food places

Worse experience I have ever had! The health inspector should shut this place down! Its downright disgusting! As soon as you walk in the room the horrible stench hits you. The walls are stained yellow from previous guest possibly smoking in the NON smoking room. The sheets had stains all over them including the pillows. Carpet is so dirty. The restroom is beyond words of grossness, the sink was covered in filth the tub had hairs in the toilet looks like it has never been cleaned. The doors are covered in grime. Our white towels had black stains on them. When we attempted to inform the front desk they moved us to room right next to it. Which was in the same condition. They called us to the room just to curse at us and tell us that if we wanted "F" with them they would "F" with us! Horrible! We called Hotwire since we booked online. After a 40 min conversation they informed us NOTHING could be done! We were so upset NEVER AGAIN WILL WE BOOK WITH HOTLINE! DO NOT TORMENT YOURSELF DO NOT BOOK HERE! I had to shower 4 times to get the stench out of my hair and I ended up throwing my clothes away!

This establishment should be closed down. It is a dump, wasn't clean, had a musty smell to it. The sink was dirty and the it stink. The carpet was dirty and torn as you entered the room. The television only played two channels that you could here clearly and the other eighteen channels you couldn't here at all. There was only one set of towels for two people to use and when asked for more towels was told the towel you get you have to use the same towel for your entire stay. They don't give towels everyday to bathe with. I complained and was told you don't have to picky when staying in a public place. I told the him when I'm paying my money I have a right to be picky when it comes to my health and body. He told us that we had to wait to get a towel because there wasn't clean and he was washing them. We tired to call before we found the place and no answer because he was outside talking with a woman whom look like she was on drugs. When I told him I was trying to call he said he lost his phone. My stay was horrible. I wouldn't let my dog stay in that pit. He was very rude and nasty to people. I would rate this dump a zero and needs to be torn down. Should not be able to have customers at all. For the price we paid we should get a refund. Very unhappy. Will not recommend anyone to stay here. Please close it down immediately. A health hazard to the public. Texas Health Dept. needs to close it down.

my stay

I booked a room via Priceline and I instantly felt regret. I should have read the reviews first before booking. I need a room in the north Houston area coming from San Antonio and I used the app to book a low priced room for the night. The place smells, the  location is shady. The towels where torn and old. The tv did not work. The shower head only sprayed half the water and the rest was flowing down the faucet. Never again will I skimp on price when getting a room. You have to pay for the ice as all.
