What can you say about this brand? It's uniformly less expensive than most and if you don't require 4-star lodgings it's great for the occasional overnight stay, Only supplied coffee in the morning, which is par for the course, but you might be able to pay about the same and get a Continental breakfast

Average Motel 6

stopping in late at night noticed a couple in bathroom when we woke in morning saw 4 more at the door walked outside there were thousands outside on sidewalk & parking lot and there was no continental breakfast

Not much of a front desk room or service.The room was clean and roomy,No one in the front desk available in the morning to check out,no even coffee.
For a car trouble emergency should be OK. but not for service or comfort.

Clean room

Very careless in general. Breakfast not included, with other hotels offering the same price, insects everywhere, the room full of flies and crickets lurking in all directions, the bathroom faucet was running and the water was jammed, otherwise all was well.

A place to stay.

I took the wrong exit, I had called Days Inn first and ended up calling three times before anyone answered, when they did finally answer they were rude and would not help me with direction at all, I wound up being hung up on. I looked online and, seen that there was a motel 6 near by, when I called the young lady working the front desk was polite and patient with me, she stood outside till I was insight of the hotel. When I got there I was agrivated, tired and just wanted to lay down. The Gm, which was the one that took the time to get me there safely, was very fast and sufficient, she got me right into the room. She called to make sure everything was alright with the room, and it was, they were clean and smelled nice. I stayed in a hotel the night before and the tub was so dirty that I had to clean it myself. This motel 6 was one of the best that I have stayed in this whole trip. Even though Motel 6 doesn't have breakfast, the coffee was also better than any hotel or motel I have stayed at, throughout this whole trip. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back through. Thank you Motel 6 in Erick Ok.

Great Stay!

We booked Motel 6 in advance because of their radio commercials boasting newly renovated rooms and the budget price. All we wanted was a clean place to sleep whilst on our road trip. After a bad experience the previous night at a Motel 6 we decided to give them one more chance and put it down to bad luck. 
The front desk lady was super nice which made a great 1st impression. The room initially appeared to be OK but had numerous flies buzzing around. As the evening went on we noticed dead and alive beetles on the carpet and in the bathroom.
I guess the cleaners just couldn't be bothered.
Also we had an overnight truck stop outside the room which was very noisy. 
I know its a budget hotel but surely the most basic criteria is a clean room. We cancelled our remaining reservations and used checked into cleaner hotels.
