Don’t go there. The continental breakfast was to start at 6:30. Nobody showed up until 8:00. 
Promise not kept.
Nothing left to say. 
Lino in bathroom was broken. 
The water was hot
The bed was comfortable 

OK I wrote a review and said how comphy the beds are and how clean the room was; then I read some reviews EVERYONE said how clean the rooms are and I'ts quite I'm up at 2:30 writing this due to a bad cold, WOW take pride in your work with ratings like that!!!


for the price I paid, I"m very happy

This is the second time I have stopped here with caution, but this time was much better than the last time 4 years ago. The room was much fresher and clean. I would stop here again. The free breakfast was OK.

Worst experience ever the night employee was hostel and belligerent for no reason except hes a miserable human being. I will never go back to that place except to make a official writen complaint against their employee. Tomorrow.

Worst ever

We were moving out of our home and this was our temp home. 

1.   Amazing water pressure and hot water. Expensive hotels can't compare.  Bathroom aged but clean. 

2.  We were given a horribly run-down room will old tv and no smoke detector and a black hole where it's home once was. I think we got an aged room because of our dog?  We are responsible pet owners, she was kenneled when we left the room.

3.  Second day after we had to extend our stay, I asked to have our room cleaned because the floor is/was disgusting. Housekeeping was gone (it was 11AM) and I was told rooms with pets will not be cleaned. News to us, we kennel! I worked in hospitality for 12 years, if a pet was loose we left messages when the room was not cleaned. Asked to borrow a vacuum, told no that was not possible and no one was there to help.   Super...

Those answers wouldn't have flied when I was a front desk clerk BUT I worked at a more pricey franchise.  But still! 

4.  Front desk young man was pleasant first day.  Second day older lady was rather abrupt at first.  Got friendlier but not at all accommodating. We just don't want to live in filth.  We aren't used to it. 

4.  Carpet sticky and very old and dirty.  We brought our toddlers mattress to lay on the floor because we needed a lower floor room and single was our choice.  Gross.

Would have been at least a 3 star if we could have vacuumed our room,  cheapish room or not.

Great shower, bed.  Old room

We were on a budget when we stayed at this place. It is very outdated, crappy carpet, old everything. However the room was large, and had a full kitchen, this saved us quite a bit of money since we could cook our own food and didn't have to eat out. It may not be the cutest place, but it is well worth the price.

Comfortable yet cheep

I stayed there twice once in June and the second time in July. The first time we stayed it was OK and the person in the morning was very nice. But the second time was a complete disaster, the bathroom was so noisy that you could not leave it on. The microwave would not work and only one light on the side of the bed would work once and a while. The lady that check me in did not say much or even smile or thank me me. I should have left but I was so tired I didn't want to look for another place. I would recommend go some where else. This is not how to run a business!!

Height's Inn Motel

The owners and staff are wonderful. They went out of their way to help me. I had car problems and the were kind enough to let me leave my car with them for a couple of days until the auto transporter picked it up. Price and accommodations were great. Thank you all for all your help. Tom

Highly recommended

Was leary to stay due to some bad review, but am so glad we changed from the Radisson to here. Everything worked in our room, front desk staff were extremely friendly both at check in and out. Kind enough to call me right away to let me know hubby left my pillow in the room. Will definitely stay again when we need a room.  They do offer continental breakfast, free paper and free wifi.
