This is a nice hotel, formerly a Quality Inn. Friendly staff and free parking and breakfast. Only negative is the street noise; Constantly noisy from up until wee hours of the morning. You will need earplugs.

Great place to stay

Ok hotel for a couple of nights. Was good location for our needs. Clean rooms, simple breakfast, friendly staff. Older hotel style but met our needs at a reasonable price. Area seemed safe and hotel was on  a main highwY. Some train noise a couple of times.

Convienent

Although I enjoyed my visit to Portland, I could not understand or justify the ridiculously high prices of its hotels.
I am very happy with my choice of the Quality Inn in Aloha (this is just Beaverton with another name).

The hotel is clean, rooms are very big, and comfortable. The first one that I saw had a strong smell of cigarettes, so I asked the friendly lady at reception for another one, and she gave me one that had a much fresher smell. If you don’t ask, all you can do is write a bad review later. Much better to ask.

Breakfast is standard: waffles, muffins, bagel, some sort of eggs and sausage. Nothing to be excited about but enough to get you ready for another long drive, or a day visiting Portland.

Speaking of visiting Portland, the hotel is very near (10 minutes driving) the park & ride alternative for the urban train. It is by far the best option to visit the city. Parking is free and the train will cost $5 for a day pass. Even if you want to drive into the city, you would be paying more than 30 to park for the day, easily.

The location of the hotel is like the breakfast: nothing to be excited about, but it is ok. Besides being near the highways, it has a Walgreens almost “on-site “ a nice Safeway store nearby and a few dining options. Beaverton has a few more options. The surroundings are charmless but appeared to be safe.

I think the Quality Inn is a smart choice for people that want to visit Portland but do not want to overpay for the privilege.

Good alternative to overpriced Portland

We stayed a Thurs-Sunday. The room was nice, but housekeeping didn’t replenish items like coffee cups, and the breakfast area wasn’t fully stocked during their posted opening times. Not impressed for the price. Don’t think I’ll stay here again

They need to get their act together

The room was spacious, clean and well appointed.  The breakfast area was absolutely immaculate, and the selection was good for a budget motel.  The only negative I can think of was that there wasn't much within walking distance, so you will need a car.

Very good value

We have on various occasions had family stay here as it is close to our home. We have always been able to get  rooms when needed.  Rooms are clean, accessible and reasonably priced. Very basic amenities but great for planned and unplanned overnight stays.

Clean and Comfortable

My basis for staying here was that it's right across the work location I was visiting. I don't regret it; I could have stayed somewhere more fancy but the place was convenient enough. The room was old but clean enough. The shower curtain was clean (a telltale sign of thorough cleaning). There was a coffee maker and the bed was comfortable. The big thing missing is a safe or lockbox in the room, so there's nowhere to lock your valuables, I ended up lugging my laptop with me to dinner. There's on-site free parking. The complimentary breakfast was convenient and included hot food, even though again it wasn't anything fancy. I wouldn't use it for a family vacation but for business, it fits the bill.

Good enough for business travel, except no safety lockbox in the room

This was pretty no frills, and for the price, not the best value.  That said, I don’t have any complaints except the bed was too soft for my taste.  The room didn’t have a comfy chair to lounge in other than just the bed, which for the size of room (huge, square footage wise), I’d have hoped for.  There were two chairs with a table to eat at, which was convenient and the room also had a fridge and microwave.  The bathroom was very large with a jacuzzi tub which makes for a challenge getting in and out of especially as I was healing from a sprained ankle. I asked for a different room but was told none available though when I checked online after check in, site still showed I could book another room, so clearly they were unwilling to accommodate a change or room assignment for me. As a Choice Privileges diamond elite member, I found this disappointing.  Breakfast was decent with cold and hot options.  I’d not stay here again unless it was my only choice mostly as I didn’t feel I got a good value and staff weren’t overly friendly nor warm. Room was very clean though.

Decent stay 

Could not make it to hotel, tried to switch reservation to another day, trip advisor would not work with me, they charged my card twice will not use again.Never book through this co plus they were very rude and told me that I had to change it by the 25th when I didn't even reserve the room till the 29th
