Fantastic weekend away! If I could give you more than five stars I would! Spotless room, with a lovely comfy bed. The breakfast was outstanding very good quality ingredients. Lovely owners thank you for a perfect weekend in Whitby we will be returning. Emma & Mark xx

Absolutely perfect!!

Bank Holiday Weekend

Always a pleasure staying here. Ticks all the boxes from, great hosts, tasty breakfast, great location (across from a beautiful park) and large/comfortable room. Love walking through the park when heading for town.  Simply great 👍

Just Great!

Had a lovely stay, Jan and Dean  made us feel welcome and were accommodating. They had lots of advice on where to go and visit while we were in Whitby and the guest house was in a great location just 5 minutes walk to the main part of town. The breakfast was outstanding. The rooms were large and beds comfortable. They where very clean and we had a great view of the park. We would definitely recommend this guest house to anyone looking to stay in Whitby.

Not a lover of the B and B but this one has changed my mind .
Absolutely amazing host and a great position far enough out of the town so there is no crowds the park opposite is lovely and an easy stroll to the main town.
Lovely room big beautifully clean and lovely bedding.
And an amazing breakfast .
Will definitely go again.

Fantastic B and B

Fantastic guest house. Great value, good location, parking spaces on road nearby and excellent service. Really nice breakfast, good size room and very friendly owner who couldn't do enough. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again.

Bh weekend

Four of us stayed here for four nights. The rooms were large with plenty of storage and wardrobe space. King size bed with en-suite and all the other four star requirements. The breakfast was brilliant with a good selection of cereals, fresh fruit salad and the inevitable full English and all the variations. Jan the hostess is very welcoming and always ready to oblige to your needs. There is on street parking directly outside the house and we always managed to find a space. Sited on Chubb Hill the Hotel is only ten minutes walk from the town centre and directly opposite the park. Highly recommended. I would certainly stay here again without hesitation.

First class

Stayed for two nights while visiting the town. We had a warm welcome on arrival and Jan and Dean were the best hosts during our stay. The room was clean and a great size with extra measures in place to combat Covid. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice,all hot and fresh. The location is great and a 5-10 minute walk to the bay. The only issue is parking but we managed to find somewhere just down the road after about half an hour. It was bank holiday Sunday and the town was very busy.

You won’t be disappointed 

Hotel is in a great location only 5 minutes from the centre, and Jan and Dean were extremely friendly and welcoming. Loved the dog Rufus who was also very friendly. Room was very clean and spacious we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would defiantly recommend.
