Great place to stay if you’re wanting to go to Harry Potter world, only eight minutes away by car . Spotlessly clean rooms, lots of hot water and good soundproofing. As usual beds very comfortable, warm duvets and  soft pillows. One of the main reasons I stay at the Premier Inn is because I’m usually guaranteed a comfortable nights sleep. Food menu is a bit basic but the food was well cooked, high-quality and thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was great for both adults and kids being able to choose from a fairly wide range of items. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Good experience

This hotel is a great location for Harry Potter fans, less than 10 minutes driver to the studio, rooms are what you would expect from premier inn, clean, comfortable and reasonably stylish and an almost guaranteed good night's sleep.  There is fast food restaurant within walking distance of the hotel and two supermarkets within a 10min drive.

Always great service from Jennifer, she is such a lovely friendly lady who always goes above and beyond, she makes it feel like a second home and is one of the reasons we go to this hotel specifically.  the rooms are always clean and we always sleep well

Love this hotel

Very clean and comfortable room. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Would return anytime! Cooked breakfast such good value for money!
The car park online said it was charged at £3 per night but we were told there would be no charge.
Great location if you're thinking of visiting the harry potter studios! Only a 7 minute drive away.

Great hotel

Stayed for one night after seeing the lights in London and then the Harry Potter Tour the next day.

From the minute we arrived, Jennifer could not do enough for us. Such a warm welcome and then again at breakfast this morning she was wonderful with the kids (so much so, that my son gave her a spontaneous hug as we left).

Family was fine, shower great, buffet breakfast very good. £10 taxi from Watford Junction last night and £10 Uber to Harry Potter tour this morning. Well placed right next to a TGIFridays and McDonalds.

Definitely recommend.

Lovely one night stay

Affordable, Friendly staff and overall for the price was a nice stay. breakfast was great also, children got to eat for free when an adult buys a breakfast. Good location if your visiting Harry Potter world. 

Cheap and cheerful

We arrived on Wednesday 1st Feb 2023,
As we travelled up from Cornwall we arrived a little early before check in, Jay the guy on reception was more than happy to help and said we’ve got a room ready for you, which was so lovely to get us in before check in time, 
Very friendly and helpful a credit to the Whitbread Company, we would like to thank you for everything even tho it was a short stay and hopefully see you in Cornwall soon.

Staff were very efficient and friendly, service in restaurant at breakfast was more polite and attentive than some 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in! Breakfast had a great deal of choice and all looked very fresh. Plenty of car parking and easy access off M1. 
Room was generally clean and as expected for a Premier Inn, although the walls were ready for a repaint.

Great breakfast and excellent service

I have never felt so welcomed by staff at a mainstream hotel chain before. They were all lovely, very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The room was the normal great standard, breakfast was brilliant and location was excellent. Only problem was the meal deal for the evening due to it being kitchen only. It was highly limited (2 options only) would definitely stay but only with breakfast next time.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Very clean, basic (but then I didn't expect anything more). Nice and quiet. The breakfast was very good, plenty of choice, hot breakfast is cooked to order. It was all nice and fresh. The check in and check out were easy and hassle free. All the staff friendly and helpful. The carpark is behind TGI Friday's, it has plenty of parking spaces. It is also very well located, with small shops, a leisure centre, and a Harvester pub/restaurant, all in walking distance.
