Stayed for two nights and will say that it was perfect. From the accommodation to the cleanliness  of the property to the delicious breakfasts, location and hosts, this place is highly recommended for a 1 or 2 night stay in a Warwick. Top notch.

Excellent!

The park cottage is a wonderful place to stay while you explore Warwick and the castle. The castle entrance is just feet from the cottage so that makes life really easy. The rooms are decorated very well and the bears are super fun.  Janet is a great host and Stuarts breakfast is top notch.  Could not ask for a better experience.   Like you were staying in a family members home!

Great character and warm welcoming home

Me and my boyfriend stayed for  1 night for our anniversary and it was just perfect. The hosts Janet and Stu were so welcoming and friendly and helpful with the area. The room we stayed in was clean, warm and cosy. It was a lovely peaceful nights sleep with a comfortable bed. We woke and had breakfast at 9am and the breakfast was amazing and I informed them I was celiac before arriving and they accommodated my needs well. We even had a lovely anniversary card on the table with confetti which was a lovely touch. We was able to park our car on the car park all day while we went around the castle which is in walking distance. All in all a perfect stay and so glad I chose to Stay here. Highly recommend, thank you.

Perfect nights stay

Janet and stu were very friendly and accommodating, I was there for work, they opened the kitchen early to make my breakfast, and even made extra coffee so I could fill a flask. The room was spotless and there was a bar of chocolate on the pillow every day. When you're away from home little things make a big difference, and they do all the little things right. Lovely people, lovely room, I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent place to stay on our trip home very comfortably rooms with character of the age of building great breakfast to start the day  within walking distance of Warwick town centre and castle is located behind property would stay again when in area

Very homely great hosts

A stay at Park Cottage certainly won’t disappoint. Janet and Stuart are such wonderful hosts, cannot find any faults lovely welcome superb breakfast our room was perfect as is the location of this beautiful cottage.

A great find

Just spent a couple of days staying in the Potting Shed! A spacious,  comfortable and beautifully equipped little cottage.  Janet was a lovely host going out of her way to make our stay special. Candle in my breakfast for my birthday was brilliant. Lots of advice regarding restaurants was sent ahead of our visit so allowing us to book beforehand.

Location is perfect as we could park the car ( in a designated space) and walk everywhere during our stay 
 Would definitely stay here again and have no problem recommending it as the place to stay if in Warwick

Just perfect

We have just returned from another great stay at Park Cottage.  Lovely clean room, and a gorgeous breakfast.  Private parking and only a short walk from the town centre.  Thank you Janet and Stuart for making us so welcome.  Will definitely stay here again when next visiting the area. 

Another lovely visit

Great 2 day visit in Warwick, the cottage has great character and charm with two people who know how to make you feel welcome. There was great attention to detail and the breakfast was great, we will definitely will be going back again sometime in the future

friendly hosts, perfect location to Warwick castle, comfy bed and great breakfast. we would definitely return next time we visit Warwick. private parking and close to local amenities. would highly recommend
