Cornerstones is a fab little guest house. It is in a convenient location near the tram and major roads. The rooms are beautifully decorated and are spotlessly clean. I stay here monthly for work and it is always excellent and very good value. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. There's also a good sized car park.

Stayed at the Cornerstone for 2 nights for the Ashes Cricket at Olt Trafford. Really well located hotel with plenty of parking and less than 10 mins to the local tram stop. The guesthouse was excellent with a very large rooms and well presented throughout. If im ever in Manchester again we will definitely be staying here. 

Amazing Guesthouse 

I only can recommend this B n B! You enter and feel at home! We stayed in a cosy beautifully decorated room on the top floor which had lots of lovelt details like books, mirrors, chandeliers and wooden furniture. The shared downstairs bathroom looks amazing too (we had our own). There is a comfy living room and dining room, unfortunately I was only there for work so didn't use any of it. Tony, the host is very friendly and responsive and I will definitely be back!

Warm and cosy, clean and nicely decorated house in Sale

A charming b&b, friendly and welcoming. Lovely and warm despite the cold weather outside! The room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. A short stroll from Brooklands Metrolink stop and an easy 10 min walk into Sale. We look forward to staying again in the future.

I booked this guesthouse last minute for an unexpected business trip, I certainly made a good choice.
Tony, the owner is a thoroughly nice chap and very attentive.
The guesthouse itself is a lovely place, very clean and comfortable.
I was working at the airport and this guesthouse was only 15-20 mins away.


A lucky find

Yet another visit to Cornerstone, this time with several family members who'd not stayed before.  Each room was spacious and spotlessly cleaned and Tony served a lovely breakfast each morning. 

Situated within easy walking distance of Sale town centre, Cornerstone provides excellent accommodation at a very reasonable price.   Car park at the rear of premises . No complaints or issues and would gladly stay again.

Excellent as usual

Great find this place. Was really struggling to find weekend accommodation near central Manchester during our recent visit as all hotels were either booked or very expensive.
After a little research came across this little Gem on the main Manchester-Altrincham tram line.
Tony the proprietor was the perfect host with his efficiency and attention to detail.
Breakfast was amazing and the old English ambience was the icing on the cake.

Great location , lovely clean accommodation and and nothing is to much trouble

I have been staying at Cornerstones for several years whilst working in Salford. It is always excellent. Tony and Dorothy are wonderful hosts. The rooms are beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and everything is spotless clean. I cannot recommend this enough if you are looking for a small hotel within easy reach of Manchester.

This is a fabulous guest house

I stayed at the cornerstones guest house whilst working in the area and I'd highly recommend it. I was made to feel so welcome. My room was immaculate and homely. The breakfast was delicious! If I'm in the area again for work I would definitely book again.

Work Trip

My wife, daughter and myself stayed in this lovely guest house . We were welcomed warmly and given a lovely room . 
The rooms are full of character . There are nice touches such as books dotted around that contain interesting local information and history . 

We would happily recommend and will be returning in the near future
