Stopped off here for the night on way up to Skye.
Lovely stay - from location, comfort, friendliness and cleanliness- everything first class.
Breakfast was fantastic too.
Will definitely stay next time in Pitlochry and would recommend  to anyone.

Overnight Stay

Recently had the pleasure of staying at this gem of a Guest House perfectly located in the centre of Pitlochry & enjoyed it so much we booked another stay before we left. 

The welcome we received was exceptionally warm & friendly despite it being earlier than anticipated. Our room was beautifully decorated, scrupulously clean as was the spacious ensuite not to mention everywhere else in this stunning property. The bed was very comfortable indeed. 

The breakfast room is beautifully decorated, the breakfast absolutely delicious & cooked to perfection. There was also a great range of cereals, fruit salad, croissants, yoghurts etc to suit all tastes. 

During our stay we met the lovely Jackie & Donna & found them to be extremely genuine, friendly & helpful individuals who obviously care very deeply about providing the highest standard of service at all times….it’s fair to say they are achieving this goal with flying colours! 

All in all I can’t recommend this place highly enough & am personally already looking forward to my next stay there in the summer.

Perfect  Pitlochry Accommodation

Spent a lovely,last minute, few days here. We are regular visitors to Pitlochry and this was one of the best value accommodation we have stayed in. It is central, homely, very clean and the host couldn't be more helpful. The room was very spacious and the bed, very comfortable. As others have commented, the freshly cooked breakfast was excellent,as was the fresh coffee. Will definitely be back soon !

Great little gem!

Booked in on the 30th December 2023 for New Year. Fantastic place to stay very central spotless amazing breakfast and we were well looked after by Donna. The 2024 ny street party was fab. Would definitely book again.

Fantastic place to stay beautiful room and great breakfast, Jackie and family made us most welcome , great location will definitely come back and will definitely tell our family and friends to stay here aswell

Located right in town, easy walk from railway station, clean and comfortable, close to hiking paths and the bagpipes concert venue, pleasant and competent staff, great breakfasts, nice value for the traveler!

RoseHill Guesthouse Pitlochry

We are so glad we found this guest house. We received a very warm welcome and we were shown to our pristine and comfortable room (6) We had everything we needed and we were made to feel very much at home. Breakfast was out of this world. The fresh fruit salad was delicious and the cooked food was of a high quality ( a special mention to the excellent sausages!) The breakfast waitress was charming, capable and hardworking. We hope to return next year.

Perfection

Honestly loved every minute of our stay here. They were incredibly welcoming and nothing was too much trouble! The rooms were very comfy and the twin room we stayed in had a wonderful view. The breakfast was amazing with cereals, yogurt, fruit juice, crosswinds plus cooked food made to order. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic stay

My experience in Rosehill was an absolute amazing experience from beginning to end. John, Julie and their team could not have been better hosts. From the moment my friend and I arrived until the moment we left we had everything we needed. Absolutely nothing was too much bother for the Rosehill Team. 

I slept very well. The mattress was amazing. At times my back plays up and when I sleep in a holiday bed there can be niggles. I did not have anything but comfort from this mattress and I slept like a log. 
A train passed by every so often but this did not affect my sleep at all.
The breakfast was first class. Absolutely delicious. You could have a continental breakfast or a cooked breakfast. I had delicious fresh fruit and yoghurt followed by an amazing cooked breakfast. Everything was cooked to perfection and of a very high standard. 

Rosehill is very well situated at the far end of the main street in Pitlichry. Also from there, many places of interest can be explored. Beautiful walks also in and around the area. 

Although at first it seems that there are not many parking spaces at Rosehill this is not the case. They have access to other parking bays across the road which is very heloful indeed. 

The quality of this hotel is amazing. The attention to detail and the quality of  everything in Rosehill is second to none.

I now must mention all the Rosehill team. I said to John that he and Julie had chosen their staff sooo sooo well. He said "we do like to have a bit of banter as we go about our work." This was very evident to us as guests. A happy and  appreciated team make for happy happy and grateful guests. We also joined in their banter at times and had so many lovely happy times during our stay.

I could not recommend Rosehill highy enough to anyone looking for a holiday in top quality accomodation with top quality  breakfast, top quality owners and staff. The Best of the Best. 

Thank you Rosehill for the most amazing time with you all. We are booked again for September...that says it all.

Lovely little B&B in Pitlochry. Comfortable bed and delicious breakfast.  Perfect location for one night pit stop in Scotland, With delightful host. Adjacent to restaurants. Would recommend for a lovely stay.
