A wonderful family and friendly atmosphere. It may need some updating with the decor, but the beds and rooms were comfortable and clean.The evening meal and breakfast were both excellent.The views and outside areas were breathtaking.I would definitely stay there again.

if your looking for a glitzy ,shiney hotel then its not for you. however, if you like a family run country pub/hotel its perfect. . hotels been run by the same family for 42 years, so they know how to do it.  rooms, bedding, towels ect perfectly clean.  staff , super friendly and helpful, food lovely, beer same.  but the lovely landlady/owner went beyond.....i dont drive and hotels away from padstow, it was rainy so twice she offered to drive me in to padstow, so i didnt have to wait in the rain for a bus.  how many hotel owners would do that?

We'd come down to for a family event that I had organised and I was slightly stressed and the Well Parc was just the perfect place for us. Quiet, cosy, and such comfy beds! My daughter needed to join us at the last minute and the staff for so kind and fitted her in. The family atmosphere was relaxing, the breakfast and coffee v good and it was perfect.

A lovely relaxed small hotel, off the beaten track. I went with my 92 year old Mum, and the staff couldn't have done more to help. Jodie and Lee (I think) were very kind and helpful, as was everyone, and Wayne was the star of the show.  The children and pets also provided some entertainment. Being the village's local, there is a pool table, impromtu music practices, and a weekly quiz. The food was very good, and the Cornish Best beer and Proper Job are lovely drinks. The fruit platter was a great addition for breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great value for money.

Lovely relaxed small htel with superb staff

Clean and comfortable nights sleep. Good location for Padstow and the surrounding area. Check-in/out felt disorganised and some areas needed redecorating or repair. Somewhere to sit in the room other than the bed would be useful.A budget option, but some small improvements would make a big difference to the guest experience.

We went quizzing with our Sausage Dog Roko and what a charming place with a truly authentic, friendly atmosphere. Lovely food too! Just so welcoming and unpretentious - a hidden treasure in this part of Cornwall.

My husband and I spent this bank holiday weekend here arriving on the Friday and left a day early on Sunday.
Good points: The  fabulous location is walking distance to Trevone beach where there is a lovely cafe and shop.
The family who own/run the hotel are very friendly and welcoming and make you feel comfortable.
We had pizzas for dinner Saturday evening that were amazing.
Bad points: The bedroom looked nothing like the photos on their website. Our room had a double and single bed and the shower in the room with a sink and mirror next to the wardrobe. We didn’t shower as it was quite small and not private.
The small toilet room with no basin was difficult to enter as you had to slide yourself around the toilet in order to close the door. A large person would struggle to get in. There was a fan turned on with the light switch but no fan in the toilet to remove smells.
The room decor is very dated as is the whole hotel. There is damp on the ceiling of the hallway. The doors to the kitchen and rooms were filthy and floors not washed in the bar area where I saw pizza sauce there last night, still there this morning.
I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel until it has been refurbished to bring it up to date.

The location was perfect and the staff were lovely and very friendly.

The family and their assistants make for a very happy family atmosphere while maintaining a good basic level of service while being willing to do iwhatever they can to assist guests in every way..
