Really good stay oct half term for 4 nights with 2 kids 6 and 8.
Chalet was clean and reasonably well equipped. 
General park clean and tidy considering weather condition, facility's are limited in comparison to some of there larger parks and we unfortunately couldn't get booked once for the indoor swimming pools due to having to use an app and the signal/wifi on site being so poor.
The club house was nice. spacious plenty of tables. Entertainment was a bit hit and miss. Had wrestling whilst we were there which was brilliant, in house entertainment got better as week went on but foxys disco was just a playlist of not really suitable kids tunes and then it was just a que for an hour to have a photo with foxy every night, Cash bingo was good though.
Bar is one to be watched drinks were competitively priced but at least every other round you had to querie as they seemed to make up the prices as they went along identical rounds could differ as much as £5 in price!!
All in all a good holiday for what you pay site is central close to Looe and Eden project and several other places of interest.

Just one extra note of interest there were a couple of comments about the security staff on previous reviews which concerned me before we visited, however we certainly did not witness any issues with our children or others during our visit.

Great Overall experience

Very tidy place, brilliant staff, nice food in bar area, fishing lake could do with weed removing but still would go again. Enjoyed the bingo in evening,  nice walks around area very dog friendly.  Thanks

Nice place

Lovely caravan but whole time spoilt by contractors in the 3 vans behind us , 75 ,76 ,77refurbishing so hammering, music blaring. Husband is disabled so stayed in while we went out for the day with family, so had to endure this the whole time. Told us the van was accessible for wheelchair user but as it had a steep bank we had to go a long way back, go along a path and across wet soggy muddy grass. Lounge curtains fell down first time we closed them and did not come for 24 hours to put back up. Shame as with just a few tweaks, being honest about disabled access, contractors waiting till park closed, 3 days later, it would have been great. Lovely area to get access to many lovely places of interest. 

Could have been great, but!

was a lovely camp so clean every where ,our caravan was ,spotless and smells  lovely .every thing we needed ,check in  was great really easy all the staff at customer service was so kind ,helpful and nice ,the staff was friendly every where one really lovely camp ,and would go back ,great place to visit around their ,we dont have children on our holiday but they were great with the children shows ,wii is in reception and show room but its not very good hit and miss ,but one great holiday x

Really good holiday  the entertainment was really good one of the staff members called Lilly is really good at her job and is really friendly  enjoyed every night at the entertainment . Food was good and everything else on site was great definitely would recommend .

Lovely holiday away

Absolutely shocking
Will not return. Dirty and drained caravan. Damp walls rude staff. Basic food (the roast was a joke!!)
This was a first family holiday since Covid and was well and truly let down! Rusty radiators. Mould! The list goes on and on. I have photos to show

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!

Sad to be leaving Trelawne manor  today had a lovely holiday this is our second visit here this year and booked up again for next June  very friendly staff lady on reception was very friendly and helpful  while I was booking a holiday for next June  beautiful grounds and fishing lake great for families our caravan was  spotless  the only  problem was the mattress in caravan 76 in main bedroom needs changing as it was very uncomfortable  due to wear and tear can’t wait till next year to return

Lovely holiday

Pool was lovely and warm perfect if you have young children. Swimming pool makes such a difference to your holiday and unlike the other John Fowlers (Tolroy Manor), the swimming pool is nice and warm. Lifeguard Danny was nice and friendly to chat to.

Paddy - Great entertainer, had time for every person in the room. Great interactions with everyone in the club house. You need more entertainers like him!

Negatives - 

Put more staff on during the mornings in the club house! The poor bloke working on his own was running the bar, taking food/drink orders, and doing all the waitering taking food out and clearing tables. It meant people were stood waiting for 10-15 minutes at the bar to place an order and caused people to queue for ages. Not his fault, but whoever is doing the rota please stop trying to save a tenner and get someone on to help him for an hour or so.

Booking the activities through the app is a pain, especially when there is no internet on the park. I then went to reception to book a swim, she asked which pool, indoor or outdoors? I said both? She said you can only do one or the other. The pools are literally right next to each other, I didn't know how to respond to her. Maybe just book swimming, rather than specifically indoors/outdoors as most people will go in both.

The kids/music bingo drags a little bit. Perhaps just keep normal bingo and get rid of the others? It takes forever, especially when only a couple tables want to do kids/music bingo and the rest of the clubhouse is sat waiting an eternity for someone to win.

Kids activities through the day are quite expensive.

Overall a great holiday and I will come back. Sorry to mention the negatives but I feel they are easily rectifiable.

Nice Warm Pool for kids

This was our second visit to this holiday park, this time we stayed in an apartment which we were nicely surprised by.: large, clean, modern and very comfortable. Highly recommended.
The pools are the warmest I've ever been in, and very nice.
The entertainment however isn't the greatest. We tried the kids disco that was a full ten minutes long and didn't have any songs they would know. Once was enough of that.
The on site shop is very convenient if a little expensive.
Having said all this, we had a wonderful holiday and may well stay again.
Just maybe expand the entertainment a bit? 

Warm pools!! 

Myself and a friend came here for a short fishing break Monday to Friday after hearing some positive things about the lake. The lake is an old estate lake holding carp supposedly to 20lb+. There was several features in the lake to fish to such as Lilly pads and weed beds. Water level had dropped maybe 4 inches judging by high water marks around the lake. There’s a sign at the gate that says night fishing by arrangement with management only. So off we went to reception to ask if we could night fish as were both experienced fisherman and regularly fish nights so came equipped with head torches and day shelter as bivvys not allowed. To be told by the lady at reception in a blunt straightforward manner no and her exact words were under no circumstances do we allow night fishing. Which if we had known having previously visited to check it out and seeing the said sign mentioned above. We wouldn’t have come here.  We went to the venue for an evening after fishing a large venue with plenty of tables and chairs. Plenty of drink to choose from a bit on the pricey side though but with current climate can’t judge based on that. It was clean and the staff were friendly and polite. 
On a morning we decided to use their app to book an activity which was pool. The pool room holds a pool table and a snooker table. The pool table costs £1 per play but the snooker is free. The pool table is almost unplayable the cushions are just like hitting concrete the cloth moves when playing hand on table to take a shot. When asked why we have to pay for pool when snooker is free and could only book half hr time slot the answer was that’s just how it is. please get it repaired so you can actually play a game. Outdoor pool wasn’t open on our visit but the indoor one was. Security guard told us they’ve had a problem with poaching fish from the lake. Yet we were not asked at check in to show our rod license. Having a rod license doesn’t mean your not going to poach but it shows that the business is keen to look after the fish. There was bins on the lake which people used but others discard their fishing line on pegs which we cleaned up. Only once in our 4 days of fishing did a security guard turn up. With having a problem with poaching you should send security down more often and have them check rigs etc. all in all it as an average experience probably wont be returning as there are other places which put fish care higher on the agender. Shame as it could be a fantastic lake to fish.
