What was good

Hyde Park was across the road. How lucky to be able to escape into this spot. The bus was outside the door direct to Piccadily Circus or Westminster. The staff were all wonderful. They helped with advice on routes and anything they could. We changed rooms the second day and it was no problem.

What was bad

There was only one lift and it was very small and old( slow)
