my colleagues and I are In London for the WTM, our travel department booked this place online, Its very close to excel center, its got lots of restaurants around, the apartments are decent, spacious and well equipped. Receptionist is very helpful.

Stayed in Apt 48 owned by Diverse UK.
First impressions were pretty bad. The security guard in the reception had no idea about anything so we had to search online for a phone number as there were none in the emails we had. We were lucky he let us sit in the foyer while doing this. Eventually found a number which got through to someone who delivered a key within a few minutes.
The number 4 had fallen off the door and upon entering there were a lot of blown bulbs, two of which we swapped for some from the living room. The blind in the living room did not work well either.

I noticed the door in one bedroom was too big for the frame and as a result made a loud squeaking when closing and would not close the last 2cm! This was the only major gripe but it's a pretty big one in my opinion.

From there it was actually pretty good. The apartment was clean and despite being close to the airport I didn't get woken. The shower was good and some toiletries were provided. The kitchen had some tea and coffee and plenty of cutlery etc if you wanted to cook.

As I was expecting from an apartment, there was no servicing of the rooms for the two days we were there. Not sure what happens if you stay longer as the washing machine appeared not to be draining properly.

Fine but could have been better so easily.

We had originally booked a one bedroom apartment but received a 2 bedroom apartment instead(which I can't complain about). 

Pros:
Transportation was really close to the apartment so that was convenient.The apartment was clean and spacious. The Internet was excellent. The beds were really big, but uncomfortable. There was a cute little balcony and the apartment itself was quite modern. 

Cons:
There was no A/C and there was only 1 fan in the apartment. We opened the window slightly in one bedroom and within a few hours, it was packed with little insects(I know it's hard to avoid this but a heads up would've been nice). It was a little hard communicating with the owner. You need a code to get into the building and the person who gave me the key didn't know it so I had to wait for someone to exit so I could go in. Also, the owner was quite snappy when I finally got a hold of him so I could get the code. Lastly, the housekeeper was 45 minutes late which was really inconvenient. 

It was alright

Stayed here for 5 nights for seminar at London ExCel - so very practical.
Finishing of apartment could be nicer (wobbly door; leaking toilets; etc), but for that price, you actually can't complain...

If you're visiting London with more than 2 people for a longer stay, I strongly recommend this place, because the fixed cost of the apartment can be divided evenly over all guests.

Great price / quality balance.

We booked the apartment and we were sent a long questionnaire to do before she would give us the keys which we completed in well in advance and sent  

We had no response and we felt ignored even after several emails and messages.

Due to corona virus we had to cancel the trip where we were charged extra for cancellation fees 

We can’t say what the apartment is like however if you want good service we would recommend staying anywhere else.
