This hotel has got bad location, but it is only one minus. It is very clean, and comfortable. I was only one night there, but I was satisfaction. Couple of minutes walking to the metro station, and it is not center of London for sure. The price was low.

Very nice

This is a "not too bad" place in a "not too good" area. Basically it's a simple end-terrace house converted to a "hotel".
Expect nothing special, but you will get what you pay for.
One advantage is the free WiFi.

Nothing special

You get what you pay for! The hotel in all is clean and pleasant, there has been some money spent on the interior decor from the rooms to the bathrooms as you can see from the pictures. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by the fact it looks just like a house on a suburban street, usually hotels if hotels dont look good from the outside then the insides usually worse (Dont judge a book by its cover). But once we were inside it wasn't bad at all. The rooms were clean and fresh with full mod cons, Freesat TV, Iron, DVD player, WiFI. When we arrived at first room the window had been left open and was like an igloo, we spoke to the chap working there and he had no problem moving us to warmer one. 

The downfalls to this hotel are its location, parking - which is free but can be difficult to find a space and the fact there are limited bathrooms at the hotel.

But all in all not a bad stay at all plenty of places to eat nearby which is always good!

Not as bad as they make out!

Very bad hospitality, The room was a converted loft, so very hard to move, it was a very horrible 4nights of stay, i don't recommend this place, Bathrooms are very bad, shower doesn't work in one of the bathroom and the other bathroom was for small kids, so i don't recommend this and i will never stay in this place again.

Very Bad communication, never answer the call, waited outside the Colvin House for one hour for the Keys

Well well well.  What can I say?

Ok, it's got doors, it's got stairs, it's got windows. It's got beds, it's got carpets, it's got toilets.  It's got showers, it's got problems, it's got problems and it's got problems.

What hasn't it got?   It's not got a cleaner, it's not got working toilets, it's not got working showers, it's not got hot water, it's not got chamber maids and it's not got too many good reviews.   And this is where it ends, this is not a good review either.

I was booked in for two nights.  Room was little more than a box room in the attic.   It had a bed, a tv, a kettle, a tea mug, a dead rose in a beer glass of stagnant water, and a USB connection table light.  What the feck is that about?   I USB connection table light and nothing to plug it into, needless to say it was as much use as a chocolate fire guard.

Room was very tiny and after getting the bed in there was hardly enough room to move around in.  Never mind.  It was somewhere to sleep.

Can't think.of anything posative to say about this "Hotel". Oh, yes, I've just thought of something......   I'll positively not be recommending this hotel to anyone.  I'll positively NOT be staying there again.
