One of our best four day breaks !  
Liked  · Although Richard n Kay are comparatively new to the Cwtch ( Formerly the Hatfield Guesthouse ) they appear to have everything down to a fine art. Full English was nice n hot and not swimming in fat, the young lady Sarah who attended to us for breakfast was of a pleasant disposition, Richard n Kay were also friendly n helpful without being in your face. A nice array of tea n coffee plus the bonus of home made biscuits on arrival was fine. Ten minute walk to the seafront n shops, Ample drawer wardrobe space.Nice toiletries supplied in ensuite. Room 4 is airy n spacious.View across neighbourhood n hill in distance. Bed was comfortable. Front paved garden will accept three maybe four cars, knowing what people are like I personally would mark out bays, this will stop any issues.No problem with road parking, it is relatively wide.
Disliked  · Shower normal for a BnB hot n cold when someone along the line turns a tap on/off, but it’s expected unless you are new to BnB’ing ! I’m now struggling to think of anything else constructive, but I can’t .

Last minute visit to Llandudno - arrived early and was allowed to park the car on the drive (bonus as parking in town can be fraught!) - checked in on time to find a great sized room, comfy bed, thick, clean, fluffy towels and a good amount of space! Didn’t have breakfast - but it smelt amazing!! Perfect location - close enough to everything!! Definitely would return - a good little B n B!!

Great BnB!

A lovely B & B run by Simon ( a very nice guy) and his wife. My room was very clean and our beds very comfortable. I opted for the full welsh breakfast which was very nice indeed. Combine this with the off street parking which is a premium in Llandudno and I can only but recommend this place !!

Cosy little bnb situated in a decent location. Welcomed in by simon (owner) who was very talkactive. Room was suitable for us for a few days stay. The bnb is situated in a victorian area so it's got the classic touch. Parking was abit hit and miss (sometimes a squeeze) but was on his driveway which was great as parking in area can be a pain! Rooms were maintained daily by Simon and his wife, so clean towels and fully stocked complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits. You can opt for the breakfast (which smelt AMAZING) but its not included in room price. For the price, it's a nice place to crash.

I've seen some awful reviews on here, after spending some time talking to simon, don't believe a word of it. In my opinion, it's customers making a fuss out of nothing. He's a genuinely nice bloke who is trying to make a business run, whilst trying to treat people with respect. Me and my partner felt welcomed and felt at home. The last person who stayed here caused damaged to his property which is totally unacceptable! I felt so sorry for him!! 

If your looking for a weekend away in Llandudno, give this place a go. 

Ignore the bad reviews, its all crap!!

Nice place

Just the one night here. A little weekend off we wanted to go somewhere for just the night for a nice meal and some local bars. Booked on booking.com as it was the cheapest and we were pleasantly surprised. Simon is a great host. The room was as good as any I’ve stayed in at a BnB and the breakfast was great for our hangover on Sunday 😂 in a nutshell: it’s clean, in a great location for the centre and they fed us well (what more would you want?) we would definitely consider staying here again if we’re free for a weekend. Hopefully see you soon Simon.

Just had a relaxing few days in Llandudno staying at the Hatfield House Guesthouse, which is situated on a quiet  road and offering off road parking.  Very friendly welcome, and a really good breakfast to start the day.
