We have a lovely stay at this guesthouse.  Easy check in process. The room was lovely and very comfortable. Great shower. Great location. The cooked breakfast was perfect. Only one negative - the single bed in our room was noisy and made a sound whenever I moved. Not sure if that is to do with the mattress or bed.

Lovely guesthouse

We had a two night stay at the Fountains Guest house. Great location to walk into town and we managed to get a space on the rear car park. Smart entry system worked well so no need for room keys - a bonus . Super comfortable bed with modern bathroom and shower - small bathroom but perfectly adequate. We loved the availability of fresh milk in small flasks for the room if needed and well stocked hospitality tray . Breakfast was delicious- everything we needed and friendly service . Highly recommended 👍

Would love to return!

Lovely place to stay. Very central and close to the town centre. Unless you have mobility needs, you will easily be able to walk into town for food and drinks. Very clean and comfortable. The decor is modern and kept fresh. 

The accommodation is very organised and we received a very helpful text prior to arrival that gave us everything we needed to know about parking and gaining access to our room.

The breakfast was really tasty and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The coffee for breakfast was decent, and the sausages were amazing. We’d love to know where they are from! 

As a pair of hopeless introverts, we loved the fact you don’t have to interact with anyone to check in. You just use the code provided on the smart locks. We were very much a fan of this. 

The only slight, and probably unavoidable, annoyance was our room was next to the overflow breakfast area. It was quite noisy on the Sunday. We’d planned a lie in as a rare treat that morning, which was scuppered. But that was probably just a one-off problem with that particular room on that particular morning. Hence why we still gave the full five stars. 

We would definitely stay here again!

Brilliant place to stay

Very well run business. Easy to check in with clear instructions texted to me. Room had everything you need and was really good value for money. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice for hot and cold food and the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful

Very good guest house

The owners were very good with direction of how to get and access property. The room was nice and the little touch of milk and honesty drinks was really good. Breakfast was great u had the veggie one lovely well cooked. Would come back.

Great stay.

Stayed overnight on way home from Scotland and to visit the Emmerdale experience in the morning. Brilliant location to harrogate and restaurants, comfortable room and very good breakfast.

First class accommodation within easy walking distance of the centre. Lovely room and very comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast.

We had a lovely stay at the Fountains Guest House. The Guest House was near to the town and also very near to the Conference Centre. The Host was very friendly and helpful . The bedroom was clean, warm and comfortable with seats in the bay window so that we could people watch.The shower had a great rainfall shower head.  The breakfast was tasty with a good selection of cereals, yogurt and hot food. There was also a house keeping service which we weren’t expecting so we never went short of tea, coffee and biscuits in the room. Couldn’t fault anything and will definitely visit again.

Overview

Checking in using the pre-provided door codes was a little unnerving at first but the system worked and proved to be very useful. No forgetting keys or cards.  The property is very clean, quiet, had everything we wanted.  Great breakfast served with a cheery smile. Would certainly stay there again.
