Staff gave excellent service and very friendly.  Cleaning staff very friendly.  Bed comfy.  Shower very good. Plenty of parking

Good stay

Easy to get to at heart of lake district, cafe really good, simple food done very well, deserts exceptional. Well kept rooms. Best of all staff staff very welcoming, had time for you really cared about customers. Excellent effort from all concerned. 

Fabulous stay

Nice hotel, and very friendly staff. Room it was big enough, clean and well maintence. About breakfast, it was more than expected, and very flexible on opening times. Parking space just at hotel main entrance, easy access too. Internet it was working well.

Perfect!

Had a lovely stay here very pleased all the staff are lovely and go out their way to help in any way they can ! Shoutout to Alex the assistant manager thanks so much will defo come back again ! Rooms where also always clean and fresh and food was lovely and great price !x

Lovely weekend at this Travelodge. Rooms spacious and comfy, great sleep, excellent breakfasts and exceptional staff who were always really helpful and friendly. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future. 

Fab staff

My stay at the hotel was lovely, the staff were very attentive and friendly. The rooms were clean and tidy. The breakfast had plenty of choice. Staff were excellent, alway smiling 😊 . One of the Best travel lodge I've stayed in to date. The Location was good, and the hotel was adequate for my requirements.

Cockermouth travel lodge

We stayed for 5 days in september with our two dogs. everything was very good for us, excellent location, great town, good food. Staff very helpful especially the lovely Charise who took so well to our Lab and Pointer Holly and Milly.  Great stay.

Fabulous experience, well done to all the hardworking staff

This did what I asked of it, provided a no frills cheap night accommodation in a clean welcoming room. The breakfast was good too, good value for money. The staff were friendly and I had a good night sleep in the bed which for me was just right, I noticed some extra pillows in the room but didn't try them, so they could be a softer option if needed. 

Good Value stay

I had to visit Cockermouth for a funeral and wanted somewhere economical, comfortable and providing a good cooked breakfast...with accessible car parking. This fulfilled my needs and I wasn't disappointed. An excellent hotel for any purpose. Well done Travelodge. Staff were helpful too and the room/bathroom were spotless and the bed comfy. Love duvets too...
