We popped in here for a couple of drinks on our first evening in Brighton . This is a very large place. The staff were very friendly. My partner asked for a rose wine and I had a pint of doom bar ale. These were very reasonably priced, especially the doom bar ale. As mentioned this place was big but due to it being about 6.30 it was quiet. It had several tv's for watching sports as well as a pool table that we could see. The reason I did not give this a 5 star is for a couple of reasons. Firstly there were several pumps for ale but doom bar was the only one available which was disappointing. Secondly I made a trip to the toilets . If there was ventilation in there it did not make a difference to the smell in the gents toilet. Overall the positives of the place far outweighs any minor negatives
