We regularly stay here for leisure purposes about 5 times a year, the hotel is always immaculately clean and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. It's 5 minutes walk from the city centre which is perfect for shopping, eating out and concerts, there's a Tesco and Papa John's just around the corner if you just want to check in and chill.

Dundee Central

Stayed there last night, reception staff were very friendly, helpful and professional.
Room was spotless, APART FROM the hand towel in the bathroom, it had fresh blood on it. Informed reception and I expected them to remove and replace the towel, but when I returned later the evening the towel was still there.

Excellent clean, friendly, central located hotel, with friendly check in!!
Definitely use it again.  It was good and central to the masonic lodges that we were having our get togethers in. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️……..

WWS weekend

Great central hotel, lovely warm room, plenty of tea and coffee, fresh towels, ideal for our short break . Own downside was noise by bins 5.30-6 every day which was a right pain, took me ages to get back to sleep

Great central clean hotel

Stayed here for 7 nights, fabulous service and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, the receptionist Kayleigh was more than happy to help me when I needed fresh towels and showed me how to use the lift, would happily stay here again.

Amazing staff 

I really enjoyed my stay here. Handy location with welcoming staff. The hotel manager working on 20th Feb was really friendly and helpful and we were made to feel at home. Great facilities and place was spotless.

Great stay, good prices, clean rooms and lovely staff, particularly the hotel manager on shift on the afternoon of February 20th. 

Very friendly throughout our stay and dealt with our very large party with professionalism.

Lovely staff and a clean gaff

Was no lighting in my room and I was refused a room change or to have the room checked and refused a refund to go elsewhere, completely ignored what I had to say. And shrugged it off like nothing wouldn’t ever recommend.

Terrible staff service

Room was very basic only chair but too many beds  chair was broken 2 screws missing for holding seat in place . mattress very uncomfortable needs to be renewed woke up very stiff and sore bathroom floor looked like it hadnt been washed for a long time

FAMILY VISIT

Stayed here on a quick overnight trip for an early work meeting. It fit well into my budget and met my needs - a bed, a shower and a kettle. There’s a Lidl 3 minute walk away to pick up a snack and a Tesco, which opens at 7 AM and has a Costa machine, directly next to the hotel, which I appreciated having to be up stupid early before “business hours”.
