All fine here in triple room.light airy room all worked for us with a friendly owner. Breakfast fine and nice coffee which was needed after night out. Would return here again as nice to give to locals not premier inn all the time

Stayed for tannadice and night in dundee

I booked into this place whilst in Dundee for a conference, and chose it as the cheapest option available (even though I wasn't paying for it). When I arrived the lady who answered the door didn't seem at all pleased to see me, merely telling me to fill in a card and then showing me my room. I wouldn't say she was unfriendly, but I think she was clearly quite stressed and not exactly enjoying her work...

The room itself was small but adequate for my needs - tea, coffee and biscuits were also provided although the tea bags had obviously been sat there for a while as they were yellowing at the bottom.

I asked for breakfast at 8am, but on the first day it was almost 20 minutes late (after hearing the woman shouting at somebody in the kitchen while a dog barked incessantly in the background.) Served in an equally dour manner, the breakfast itself was very good, and one of the best I've had in recent memory (although some of the cereal and condiments were out of date).

If you're travelling alone and looking for a no-thrills stay in Dundee, with a good breakfast to start you off in the morning, then you could do worse than here - if you're staying with family, then probably look elsewhere...

Basic service and amenities, but with an excellent breakfast

4 persons 2 rooms very dated not very clean. Would not recommend this to anyone. Breakfast just would not of bothered horrible. Even the a cup of coffee was disgusting.
The man that was there was friendly. Really need to sort the place out. No no no not a B&B I would recommend. Did not take any photos but there are pictures on here already.

Bed and breakfast mm

Checked into Anderson's for one night. Very friendly greeting with tips about what to visit and where to eat for dinner. Given a top floor room with great views over the River Tay. Not the biggest room in the world and the bed had seen better days (it creaked every time you moved). Excellent breakfast though that set us up for the day of travelling ahead. Perth Road has lots of bars and restaurants so Anderson's was an excellent location.

Good location and very friendly proprietors

Can't understand all the moans, it's a low cost B&B not a 5 star hotel so what do you expect?. I received a very warm and friendly greeting and during my three day stay, and the hosts could not have done more to ensure my stay was as pleasant as it could be, even providing maps and local information. This quiet location is a long walk or a short drive or bus ride from the centre, and is also a very good base for those wanting to tour further afield. Yes it's a little dated but clean and comfortable enough for this type of accommodation, and the breakfast was generous and the timings were flexible. Parking is on street and can't be reserved although I had no difficulty parking pretty much outside the B&B. I would imagine at peak times though it would not be so easy although there should be a space within a reasonable distance.
