Reception staff were very nice

What was bad

Frayed carpets that weren’t fitted properly. Some small fish lick creatures on bathroom floor. The noise-walls are paper thin. People coming and going in the early hours - sleep disturbed. Smoke alarm going off because selfish people smoking in their rooms, staff blamed showers!! Location and look of building from outside
