Don’t use there website, I tried to book a room for New Year’s Eve/Day, went to pay and there page kept saying there was an error. So made other arrangements. Woke up on 1st with £70 taken from my account, with no booking confirmation. Won’t refund me.

I would stay at this Premier Inn again. No issues. Just needed a safe cosy room to sleep. It was perfect. I arrived at around 9pm, had a shower, watched TV and slept. Room was clean, bathroom clean. Bed comfy and slept well.

Would stay again

Clean hotel in good location for our needs. Clean  rooms , comfortable bed not enough storage because only one drawer and very small hanging space for our 6 nights stay .2 of the  female staff at reception weren't very friendly. The place next door they send you for breakfast is terrible glad we hadn't paid in advance for it 

Not the best Premier inn 

Very disappointing stay.  Power cut in the room due to faulty fuse and had our table given away at breakfast leaving our family with 2 young children (1 and 4 years old) without breakfast.  Told we would have the breakfasts we paid for refunded but still not received. 

Do not stay

Premier in is always consistent,  clean and comfy and the staff are amazing. We stay whenever we can, wherever we are because of this. Also the price is reasonable and the location is near a station and Somerton eat.

Always reliable

The hotel was absolutely incredible and I had the best sleep I ever had the staff were so good it's like they were my best friends the location of the hotel was in the perfect area a lot of things were very accessible

THE BEST HOTEL

Had a good night sleep yet again, I've stayed multiple times now and I have no complaints, friendly staff as always and comfortable beds, had breakfast next door and the staff where efficient for table service breakfast 

Great stay 

The hotel and staff in the hotel were amazing I would highly recommend the hotel but the adjoining pub was disappointing to say the least. We ate there in the evening of our stay and staff were incredibly rude, food came out missing key ingredients such as chicken smothered in bbq sauce was missing the sauce!! Both the evening meal and breakfast was overall disappointing. I would avoid the cooked breakfast and stick to the continental as the cooked breakfast resembled plastic. I would recommend staying at the hotel but eat elsewhere!!

Hotel lovely but the restaurant I would avoid

Decided to give this hotel a try as all other hotels in Norwich we stayed at did not meet our expectations, friendly staff, rooms well looked after , the hotel is in a nice remote and quiet area , would recommend to others

Nice hotel

The place is quite far away from the city so you won’t see as many people around , and you can get a quiet nights sleep. Clean rooms , comfortable bed , friendly staff , very welcome check in , would recommend for the future visitors!
