From the word GO, we had a bad impression when during the so-called contactless check-in with the owner with no mask was almost in our faces when handing over the keys.

The rooms were superficially cleaned but wiping the surfaces of the table, chairs, bedside cabinets and other furniture with a cleaning wipe revealed the absolute filth on them.

On our second night we phoned 4 times requesting new bath towels that never arrived despite assurances that they were 'on their way'

In the morning, there was a knock on the door by the rather unpleasant cleaner with a cigarette hanging our of her mouth asking us if we were about to leave.  I replied that we still had to have showers and wouldn't be leaving until we have and we can't have showers until someone gives us towels.  She indignantly gave us 2 towels and walked off without a word of apology.

I will avoid this place in the future as there are plenty of hotels along that road and we found a real hidden gem one evening when we went out for a drink.

Filthy Dirty and poor service

Stayed here for one night in the 4th if November and it was lovely smelt amazing when walking in lovely and clean all the essentials provided lovely and warm and inviting.. coffee and tea provide. Was lovely and quiet also.

Brilliant

Only stayed for 1 night, but would have happily stayed for more.
A comfortable, clean, home from home.
Friendly greeting, a short walk from the town centre.and street parking.
Would happily recommend to all, and great value for money

First class visit

Stayed here last weekend 20th to 21st July, just the one night,we really enjoyed our stay. Lovely studios we were in studio one,on the ground floor with its own door to go directly outside.it was a very good size with a lovely comfy bed slept very well,there was a lovely breakfast basket with plenty of cereals and other breakfast items,as well as a carton of milk ,2 bottles britvic orange,and a bottle of water plus butter and cheeses in the fridge.Also a microwave, toaster and tea and coffee and plenty of pots and pans.
It's location is very good if you do not have any mobility issues, as I struggled to go up the hill into the town centre each time we went.its kept very clean by the lovely friendly owner and her housekeeper who Let us check in at 11am instead of the usual 2pm. Would highly recommend these studios if staying in the area.

What can I say the welcoming that I received when I arrived was something you do not even get when you stop at big expensive hotels it was great and Diane goes the extra mile for sure nothing is to much trouble and so helpful think I owe her a drink next time.

Having stayed in hotels this was a new experience for us. Room nice and bright, facilities good and welcoming. Easy to find and nothing trouble for Diane and staff. Well worth the price. Easy walk to the shops and beach.

Small is not necessarily bad.

I needed a room in a hurry and this little place provided everything needing for an over night stay. The service was fantastic and the price was very good, another customer even moved there car so that I could park my van which. Cheers mate. The facilities were spot on, no complaints there! Comfatable bed with spare pillows and blankets! Would highly recommend studio-47 to everyone visiting the area solo or as a couple! 
The owner was very helpful and provided a fantastic service

Studio-47 👍🏻

We booked Studio 47 originally for 2 nights then decided on 3 with no problem whatsoever. Location is great as are the rooms. Diane is such a lovely friendly lady, in fact she owned a place we'd stayed at 10 years ago on the sea front where the room was self contained also. The thing we liked as we're not a lover of cooked breakfasts were the  boxes of cereals, croissants, waffles etc which is perfect for us. Milk, juice and water is provided daily. There is also a mini fridge, toaster and various beverages. The room is spotless as is the bathroom, shower was spot on. Bed was extremely comfy with extra pillows in the drawers.  As it was so hot there was a welcome stand alone fan. We had room 8 and it was so quiet. Wifi quality is very good as is the TV reception. All being well we're going back in November. A lovely relaxing break. Cleethorpes is a perfect weekend getaway.
