We enjoyed a short break at Meadow Lodge which is probably the best B&b we have stayed at. Nothing was too much trouble for Linda and Gary. The bedroom was excellent with a comfy bed and nice hot shower, spotlessly clean. The breakfast was wonderful with so many delicious choices. We were treated to delicious cakes on our return each afternoon and complementary fresh milk and cold drinks were available in the dining room fridge. We can highly recommend. 

A gem of a B&B

Welcoming spacious room, well equipped, friendly hosts. Delicious breakfast. Recommend porridge and Derbyshire breakfast with oatcakes
Bungalow but be aware slope and steps access. Delicious homemade cake and snacks,............

Great base for walking 

Absolutely one of the best b&b's we have stayed in, from the greeting at the door from Linda and Gary to room which on arrival each day had fresh cake to breakfast everything was fantastic couldn't ask for more or if you did they would try their best to supply it whether it be more food, local knowledge they would help.
We will definitely be back and soon hopefully. 

Exceptional b&b

Top notch in every respect.  Comfortable house with fabulous views.  Wonderful breakfasts with generous and  whole-hearted hospitality.   The attention to cleanliness and detail is amazing, ranging from the free soft drinks fridge to the home-baked cake in the afternoon to the lovely lounge for the use of residents.  Most highly recommended.

Fabulous B & B with exceptional views and amenities

Our stay at Meadow Lodge B&B was excellent. The bedroom was very clean  and was tided up every day perfectly. The room had coffee,tea and milk and each day  there were biscuits and a piece of cake waiting for us on our return back.Both Linda and Gary were very welcoming. The breakfast each day was excellent,with fresh fruit ,Full English and pastries.It is also in a very good position.

Excellent stay at Meadow Lodge Tideswell

Excellent accommodation, Linda and Gary were brilliant hosts. The personal touches like homemade cake, access to fridge with cold drinks and fresh milk. Having a lounge just for guests with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and as we were the sole guests was just like your lounge at home. Room was clean and spacious, lovely and warm. The breakfast choices were great. Couldn't have been more helpful with everything about our stay.

A most enjoyable visit to Tideswell home of the cathedral of the Peaks and at Meadow Lodge we were spoilt by everything on offer: cleanliness,

At the outset I want to brief about the much awaited trip which I planned for my husband's birthday which we could manage to celebrate this year after yhe two years of Covid restrictions. This was breather for both of us out of our busy work schedule and putting up at Meadows Lodge was just the perfect decision we took .
We enjoyed every bit of our stay under the lovely guidance and hospitality of Linda and Gary who not only were the best hosts but also helped us with the ways to roam about the serene village and experience the best pubs and trails of the place . Needless to mention about their luxurious breakfast spread which was cooked with so much love and the unforgettable cakes to indulge in after super tiring hiking days !!! The best part , we were able to create some beautiful memories which will last like forever.

Fabulous Trip to Tideswell Derbyshire

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at the lovely Meadow Lodge. Gary and Linda made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived and nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was immaculate with lots of attention to detail. Homemade cakes were delivered daily to our room and were delicious. The breakfast was fabulous, with so many different options and it filled us up each day until dinner. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here!

Excellent hospitality

This b & b is one of the best we have stayed in, the accommodation is immaculate throughout and has lovely personal touches like homemade cake in your room on arrival. The host are genuinely nice people who really go out their way to accommodate your stay. The breakfast was amazing which is always a plus to my husband. If you like walking in  Derbyshire then staying in Tideswell is ideal as you are not far away from alot of amazing walks.
