We’ve stayed at this Premier inn many times over the past 10 years. It’s always clean and super comfy with the most friendly, obliging staff you’d ever want to meet. Bertha’s breakfasts are epic - cooked fresh with real ingredients (no frozen/tinned mushrooms here). Buxton town centre nearby. Excellent value for money. It’s a credit to the Premier Inn brand. We’ve already got our next stay booked.

Buxton’s happy hotel

It was our second time staying at this hotel and it was amazing. The room was spacious, clean and well-maintained. The staff were very courteous and the warm hospitality made our experience outstanding.  We look forward to returning in the future.

Lovely staff in a great hotel and setting. 

We visit often, the place is as expected from a premier inn. Clean, tidy and well presented. 

Staff are a credit to Buxton Premier Inn from Belinda in the kitchen to Charlotte, Chloe, Paul, Molly and the many others that assist us and always greet us with smiles, a warm welcome and always engage with the little ones.

Amazing stay always a friendly welcome. Rooms always perfect and clean. 
Special mention to Belinda the poached eggs freshly cooked on request are always perfect. 
Would definitely recommend a stay if you are are in the area for business or pleasure.

Fantastic stay

The usual standard of cleanliness and comfort of room no concerns to voice. Excellent welcome and service both at reception, in the bar and the restaurant.

Very helpful with way finding and provided a really helpful list of taxi numbers.

Of special mention to Deputy Hotel Manager Charlotte Prince who recognised and resolved a booking issue. I had tried to resolve via the hotel directly, the customer service phone line and finally via a complaint without resolution.

Charlotte identified the issue and worked tirelessly to resolve - thank you so much you are a real credit to the company 🤩

Happily visit again and would recommend to family and friends.

We stayed 3 nights here on a short break. The hotel is in a good location - it's an easy walk into town and plenty of parking. Jamie was on Reception when we arrived and was really helpful throughout our stay, moving our room due to noisy people in the room above, reserving a table for us for breakfast and being generally interested in us. Thanks Jamie and all the staff. Breakfast was particularly nice. We didn't try the evening meal.

Enjoyable stay in Buxton 

Having spent a day in the cold and snow, it was a delight to return to.. Warm, clean, spacious, Every member of staff we spoke to were pleasant, extremely helpful, with nothing too much trouble. 

Breakfast seemed a little pricey so we missed that and ate out.. Thats not to say it wasn't value for money, just pricey..

Parking on site was plentiful. 

Shall certainly be staying here again next time..

Close to Perfection 

This Premier Inn is clean good value and friendly. The breakfast is great value and good quality. The rooms are spacious I had a king size bed in a single room! It’s a little walk to the centre but worth the walk. 

Excellent value Buxton stay

From the lovely warm welcome from a staff member, to a brilliant night's sleep, would 100% stay here again. 
  It's a 15 minute walk to Buxton Opera house, plenty of free parking, an ideal location for visiting Buxton.

Great Stay

Great hotel and service,  would definitely recommend to anyone travelling through Buxton or the local area. Nice clean rooms, friendly and efficient service and the breakfast in the morning was excellent.
