I had asked for a single or double room and told he had a single room so I took it but would have preferred a double , it was very small and not atal comfortable . The bed was tiny and I didn't sleep well. No en suite and the bathroom which is down the corridor is also very small. When someone else is using it I had to wait which doesn't bode well. If you are staying here don't get a single room as you will be dissapointed. Going for breakfast soon I hope it's good and better than the room I stayed in . This place is only 3 star .

One night stay

Knight’s Rest is an excellent bed and breakfast. Very clean and comfortable , wonderful food , friendly owners. I have stayed in Knight’s Rest many times for a number of years now and that says it all.  I would recommend this Bed and Breakfast to my friends etc.   Knight’s Rest is a  real asset to Burnham   In my many years staying at various B&Bs in the UK, Knight’s Rest is my favourite.  I am looking forward to my forthcoming visit in March 2020


Excellent bed and breakfast

What a lovely place to stay spotlessley clean comfy beds nice light airy room . near to the sea front ,Jenny and Hugo were exceptional hosts we would definitely stay there again if we were going that way again 

Trip

Absolutely loved this place. Hugo was such a good host. Room and bathroom very clean. I'm sorry to leave that super comfy bed.  Location is excellent, the beach, shops and bars right round the corner. I would definitely return.

Lovely place

There is normally free parking very close to the front door and it's only a short walk to the sea and high street. The premises are beautifully decorated as is the bathroom (although it's a rather tight squeeze to sit on the toilet!). There are posh soaps and gels in the bathroom too. A well priced and smart b&b. Recommended.

Impressive

Enjoyed our two night break at the nights rest. The hosts were lovely , friendly and helpfull. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. I got a cold while I was there but was given a box of tissues which I thought was a lovely touch. Parking a bit of an issue but dont let it put you off.

Warm welcome

Hugh & Jenny are great hosts. Theyre both very friendly and welcoming. Jenny even offered us an alternative breakfast.

The place itself is very clean & comfortable. I'd recommend Knights rest to anyone visiting the area.

Four nights spent in this lovely guesthouse , Hugh and Jenny couldnt do enough to make us feel welcome and comfortable , everything was spotless and the breakfast was really good ,we certainly wouldnt hesitate to stay there again as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay .

Home from home 

Excellent welcome, very friendly owners, quiet place, warm and cozy rooms, cozy breakfast, pubs and restaurants nearby, and the sea dam is a 5-minute walk away.
