We have stayed in Premier Inns all over the UK and always find them convenient and fairly priced for our type of travel requirements which usually involves a busy schedule of events away from the hotel facilities. For us, they are absolutely ideal for a value-for-money good nights sleep in spacious, clean rooms.

WOW!! Just found Clare and Curtis. What a reception on arrival. Love these guys and will be my first port of call if I’m in the area again. Fantastic people!!!! You might have to speak up when you speak with Curtis as he’s slightly deaf, but other than that, brilliant

Great arrival

The staff can’t do more to help you. So friendly. Amazing customer service. The room was comfortable, very clean. Had a brilliants night sleep. Really impressed. The manager in particular is very helpful. Thankyou!!

Happy customers

We were met by a very attentive and friendly receptionist.  The room was clean, nicely laid out with the famous comfortable beds and it had all the amenities that we would expect to find in a Premier Inn room.  It was a relaxing comfortable stay as we always expect of Premier Inn. 

Enjoyable stay at the Premier Inn Portishead

The premier inn was nice and clean, check in was very easy and the staff was friendly. Breakfast how ever was not so great. There was minimal food left by 9.30. If we booked again we would not book for breakfast as its not worth it for what you have on your plate. Sainsburys is across the road so we will be going there for breakfast nect time.

Lovely stay

My parents are elderly my dad had a recent stroke the reception staff and staff in the brewers fayre were so caring kind helpful and went above and beyond to make my parents stay comfortable and enjoyable.

two days at Portishead had a lovely stay lovely staff fast check inn lovely warm room clean and tidy couldn't ask for much more great food next door and lovely place to go the marina had a great stay will be coming back again

Decent location, only 5 minutes walk to the Marina and all the shops and restaurants there.

Wifi wasn't working when I was there at all.

Room standard PI, decent sized TV, nice bath, plenty hot water, quiet location.

Quiet, nice bed but no wifi

The hotel is almost exactly what I'd expect from Premier. My only issues were that our room was freezing on our arrival at 10pm and we were very tired. Fortunately, I'd brought a hot water bottle, or we wouldn't have been able to sleep. Also, there was no lift, and I'm disabled. On the booking page of the website there should be a place to indicate special requests without having to phone. The staff were lovely.

Central, clean, convenient.

Room was clean and comfortable, and check-in staff were friendly and efficient. We only had one set of towels in the room, so had to request second set.  We slept well and the hotel was quiet.

The restaurant was very disappointing.  Crispy potato skin starters where pale and insipid,  and certainly not crispy.  Worse tho, was breakfast the next morning.  Crockery felt as though it had a residue of something over the surface.  I suspect the dishwasher needed a thorough clean.  The hot water dispenser was very dirty of the stainless steel front. The carpet near our table had remnants of the previous night's food still evident.  Some items were running out early in the breakfast sitting.  

I would be happy to book a room for overnight accommodation again,  but would think twice about booking for the restaurant.
