We were well looked after by all the staff and had a good night's sleep. Good breakfast and evening meal. All staff efficient and friendly. Not far from Bristol airport, with plenty of parking. Thank you 

Friendly caring and relaxing

Ok hotel, room could have been cleaner to start off with. Good choice for vegetarian/ vegan are limited and quite expensive. Staff at pub were not welcoming and didn’t return again for food because of it. 

Not a great experience. Room 205 Located in rooms in an outside block which was not supervised and people could easily tailgate in. The room was in need of serious refurbishment. Laminate surface blown and peeling off bedside table and dressing table/mirror area. Wood in several areas of the bathroom was badly water damaged and blown.  Musty/greasy smell in the room. All night could hear movement in room/ area above us. At 3am I searched up the goodnight guarantee and believe you have to complain there and then to give the premises chance to sort the issues out. At 3am and only staying one night, I frankly could not be bothered. A lot of dust at high level. I know premier inn is not a top rated hotel but you expect fixtures and fittings to be in a good condition and it not too smell. For closeness to Bristol airport brilliant but that’s about it. Glad to leave at 5am.

Not great only bonus is proximity to airport

The hotel is in a good location for an easy drive to the city and surrounding areas. The bed was clean and comfortable. But the room cleanliness was terrible. Peeling wallpaper and damaged skirting boards were a eyesore but the mold in the bedroom and bathroom was appalling. Mold in the bath tap spout. Urine stained and rusted toilet seat. Unable to change room as none was available for our full stay. Overall a very disappointing stay with Premier that I usually expect higher standards from.

Awful Customer service 

Booked and paid for a family room. On arrival I was offered a single room and told it was my fault I had not booked correctly.  I had! Awful receptionist, incredibly rude. Never again. I have stayed all over the world and this was by far the worst check ino ever!!

Rude,awful reception 

We stayed here Friday 10th feb as it was halfway to our holiday to Cornwall.
The hotel forgot to book us in for dinner; wouldn’t give us extra pillows, didn’t offer us a booking for breakfast and yet we were paid up for breakfast and a party of 9! The pub was dirty, floor dirty, tables sticky, empty glasses all over the front of the pub, a long with hundreds of cigarette stubs. Untidy, unkempt and needed a good clean and sweep.

Family trip

My husband and I and my young adult daughter booked two rooms on same booking for three nights. My daughter has some learning difficulties and is not used to staying in her own room but  previously we have been allocated rooms close to each other. On this occasion they were on different floors at different ends of the building. Staff on reception refused to change even for second two nights. A couple who checked in after us were allocated a room near my daughter’s so they could have given us that room. Just were not interested at all Awful customer service

I would like to note I got a full refund under the goodnight guarantee for this stay. 

We stayed as a couple for one night at the end of January. When we arrived to check in it was great to find that car parking was free with plenty of spaces. However when we got into reception the only member of staff on duty was just leaving to go and clean a room so we had to wait 10 mins to check jn. 
We were given an accessible room as apparently that is all that was available, the room had no sound proofing and we were woken many times throughout the night by people going up and down the corridor and talking. 
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and was like sleeping on a camp bed.
The bathroom fan didn’t turn off even when the light was switch off so it was another thing that kept us up all night. 

There is a good choice of food with a brewers fayre next door, there’s also a McDonald’s and KFC just across the car park. 

Our stay was not cheap and we were very disappointed with what we received.

Not up to usual premier inn standard

Never stayed at this site before, but the quality and facilities were as good as they always are at Premier Inn.  Utterly reliable for this.  Comfortable and well-equipped room and bathroom.  Really good shower.  Meals at adjacent Brewers Fayre were good.  Only quibble was that room temperature wouldn't go below 19 degrees: we'd have like a bit cooler air con.

If you are looking for an affordable hotel, conveniently situated, comfortably furnished and with wholesome meals look no further. You know the standard will be good and there is always that fantastic breakfast to look forward to in the morning.
