Every thing was superb. The breakfast was not what I expected. It far exceeded that. Top notch and a great way to start the day.

Room was dirty there was dust and dirt around toilet roll holder and skirting heater kicked up so much dust needed to turn it off there was a crusty stain on bed sheet hairs on skirting under radiator just laziness would only take a wipe room was not clean breakfast was warm no one else around to ask unless you went to reception windows were so dirty couldnt see out didnt feel nice staying there due to cleanliness room was small t.v was in the corner which made for awkward viewing from the bed the outside could do with a regular sweep ciggerette ends and beer cans maybe a bin outside would be helpful 

Hotel

Great hotel with everything you need. Brilliant location but no parking. Next to a nightclub so noisy if you open the window on the sea side of the hotel but you can ask for a quiet room. It has a cafe and bar that are open all day and night…

Great hotel

Bare in mind when staying in winter as they do all the refurbishments then and it can get quite loud overall a great hotel I’d suggest going later on in the year because it’s a lot better than it sadly was this time but still really enjoyed staying here for a week

We had an amazing experience from start to finish. One of the staff members that was on reception at midnight was soooo helpful and friendly, he's made us want to book again. The bed was really comfy, the breakfast was beautiful and the room was clean. It was so peaceful and calm on our floor. 10/10 from us.

Brighton Seafront.

Customer service was great! Breakfast was good too! The company just needs to fix the mold issue and to keep on top of it every few months or so. Key cards are a quite faulty, those also need to be fixed. They were quite a hassle for some more than others. 

good overall, except for mold

Check in was quick and smooth. Spacious and equipped room. The staff was lovely. Didn’t really enjoy the breakfast buffet, was kind of a little bland and the options were few, but it did the job. What did it for me was the excellent hotel location

Nice stay

There were a sqeeky sound to the water that started every time we used the shower or sink. I also wished for a little better breakfast at the hotel. I loved the staff, they were really lovely. And the room in general was great, i loved the bed. 

Good hotel

Very nice , friendly , attentive staff to who nothing was too much trouble, 10 out of 10, well done and thank you, will certainly use this Hotel in the future. Breakfast was a little  run of the mill for the price but still ok

Very pleasant stay

The hotel did not show signs of clenliness throughout including the 5 rooms we booked. The food and drink took ages to order and arrive due to lack of staff, 3 of our 5 meals came out after the first two had finished theres.the hotel itself was very very noisy.
