We had the family room and we all loved our beds. Kids said it was so comfy they woke up thinking they were at home. Very clean & cosy.

Margaret was wonderful & friendly. Made us feel at home. Got to choose our own breakfast which was a great bonus. 

Close to the amusements and beach.

Great B&B

We only stayed 1 night but it was by far the best b&b we've stayed in.  2 toddler granddaughters had lots of toys to play with in the room.  Excellent pick your own breakfast - brilliant the girls cleared their plates.  Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent, very friendly and cosy

Could do better - dare say this review will also be taken off - seems only 'good' reviews are allowed to stay - shame the same cannot be said about this B & B.  The pictures of the rooms on the net and not the rooms themselves - kingsize room was small, quilt didnt fit the bed, shower was a trickle.....and on and on and on

Needs updating

we were very pleased with our recent stay here (at the last minute). The owner was very friendly and helpful as was the man at breakfast time. The room was very clean and very nicely decorated with little touches like little chocolates (which my little niece thought was ace), magazines and little toiletries. The beds were very comfy and i was able to have a parking permit even for the little while after i had left. It was nice to be able to choose your own breakfast at your own leisure. Thank you and i would highly recommend.

very friendly, cosy b and b

This was a last minute booking for a bank holiday weekend where everywhere is booked then we found that Rushdene had a family room that sleeps 5 had 1 room left at a good rate too! We'd read the reviews and were expecting a comfortable base for the night, You can also check in from ! which is great somewhere to dump the bags and a parking permit, which means no parking cost as it's in walking distance of the beach and shops. We received a warm welcome, the room is designed for families not a room that will fit a family in like a lot of expensive hotel chains we've stayed in. a comfortable double bed, comfortable bunk beds a day bed and a travel cot can be available.(a bed rail is also in the room)  It was the added touches that made it good for us as parents, enough cups in the room,plus little packets of children's biscuits, toys, a step for the sink and enough towels just thoughtful things that made a trip easier, Breakfast was also family friendly with a good choice and the children were made to fee very welcome and at easy.  we would stay again, it was clean and comfortable and family focus.
