This hotel is clean, warm, quiet and very convenient for the TV Studios.
The check-in and check out processes were both very efficient and the staff were very willing to get the room ready early to accommodate an earlier check in which you only have to request on arrival.

Great clean hotel, convenient for TV Studios

Good welcome, kind staff, very confy bed and a good night sleep in Borehamwood. A basic hotel with friendly staff for a good night sleep. 
A good variety for breakfast.
The only downside is that we only got one face towel and we were a family of four.

Basic and friendly hotel

The hotel is very clean,  the food is good and the staff are friendly and helpful but Blaise goes above and beyond, nothing is too much trouble, even when they were short-staffed he made sure the busy restaurant carried on like normal. He makes the stay here so much easier

Great place, great staff

Abysmal customer service!
On arrival the self check in was not issuing key cards so I was required to call for help. 20 mins it took for someone to appear and rudely thrust a key card in my face.
The room smelt fusty, damp and disgusting.
I have slept on Premier Inn beds before and had a great night sleep but this was the most uncomfortable bed that I have ever had the misfortune of sleeping on.
Even though the 'clean me' sign was on the door the room was not cleaned during the 3 night stay.
Had to fetch the  teas and coffees from the self service down stairs but it was always empty and if you called for a member of staff the quickest someone arrived was 20 mins later.
Car park is very small and when all of the work vans arrived it was always difficult to park the car.
I believe the car park was expensive at £24 when I only payed £18 to park to go into London.

None existent customer service and awful nights sleep.

A perfectly acceptable stay at this PI. Reception was a bit brusque and curt but the room was up to usual Premier Inn standards, with a comfy bed and clean bathroom. The lift felt a bit unsafe!
Evening meal of chicken curry was very nice, and breakfast was fine.

An ok place

Blaise and Jermaine were so helpful. I had a last minute change of plans and they were super accommodating. Great service in the bar area. Rooms were clean. Convenient location………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..

I have regularly stayed at this hotel for a number of years. Member of staff 'Blaise' is a real credit to this Premier Inn. He is always looking to provide first class customer service and ensure all customers are happy with their stay. Well done Blaise, keep up the great work!

Wonderful stay with the family at Elstree Borehamwood. Easy access to get to central London. Food was excellent, breakfast, lovely choices for the kids, Not forgetting dinner too. Room was clean, love tea, coffee and extra to pick up from reception if need. Memory stay, the gentleman on reception Bonty was helpful and welcoming.

Wonderful stay

I stay here 3 nights a week for work, Blaise is 5 stars and is there most evenings in the restaurant and nothing is ever too much trouble and he works exceptionally hard. The staff are all always polite and very helpful. 
The breakfast crew are very good and very friendly too. 
My suggestion is Premier Inn owners invest in some refreshing to the rooms as there needs attention in the bathrooms etc.
